Controller and Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience in public and private companies. Responsible for all accounting activities across the management company and VIA's funds. Early career experience includes five years at Coopers & Lybrand specializing in entrepreneurial business finances. Holds a B.A. in economics and M.B.A. in accounting from New York University.

Deputy Controller and member of the finance and accounting team contributing across various accounting needs. Previously served as Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in tax practice and assurance, working with privately held companies, high net worth individuals, and private equity funds. Holds a degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Office Manager supporting the firm in administrative and office operations. Brings over 15 years of experience as Office Manager at a State Farm Insurance Agency in New Jersey, where she managed operations and provided policy review services. Holds a B.A. in Management Science from Kean University and holds insurance licenses.

Financial Analyst supporting the firm's accounting, bookkeeping, and portfolio company tracking. Served over eight years as a U.S. Naval Officer including Persian Gulf War service, and has additional experience projecting financial metrics and managing operations. Holds degrees in Finance and Naval Science from Villanova University.
