Christelle Pariat is General Partner, CFO and Advisor at Partech. She has more than twenty-five years of experience across audit, internal control, consulting and financial transformation, having led the structuring of finance departments and the international expansion of investment management companies. Her areas of focus include the finance function, asset management, audit and internal control, and strategic consulting.

Rémi Said is Co-Founder, Co-Head and General Partner of Partech Impact, a growth fund at Partech focused on investing in and supporting scalable impact-oriented technology businesses. He previously served as an Executive Vice-President at Bain Capital, where he worked on deals and post-acquisition activities across European portfolio companies including Maisons du Monde, Davigel, Autodistribution, Oscaro.com and Fedrigoni, and earlier was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in Paris. He graduated from École Polytechnique and holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from Columbia University.

Boris Golden is a General Partner at Partech focused on pre-seed and seed investments in Europe. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and brings experience as an entrepreneur and product professional, along with involvement in over 500 board meetings and workshops, more than 30 fundraising processes totaling over $2 billion, and six M&A transactions. Golden's investment approach emphasizes close founder partnership and support through the early stages of company development.

Bruno Crémel is a General Partner at Partech, a global technology investment firm investing across seed, venture, and growth stages. His career spans retail and private equity, including roles as CEO of Darty France and FNAC France, General Partner at LBO France, and executive positions at Kering, as well as early-career work in government privatization efforts at the French Ministry of Economy. He holds degrees from École Centrale de Paris and Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris, and is an alumnus of École Nationale d'Administration.

Cyril Collon is a General Partner at Partech, where he co-leads Partech Africa alongside Tidjane Deme, managing multistage venture capital funds focused on African technology startups. Raised in Africa and having traveled to over 70 countries, he works on digital transformation and technology innovation across the continent.

Jai Choi is co-founder and Managing Partner of Tekton Ventures, an early-stage global investment platform. Before founding Tekton, he was a Venture Partner at Partech from 2006, leading early-stage investments across the US, Asia, and Latin America, and previously held a partner role at Ignite Ventures. Earlier in his career he began at PA Consulting Group, co-founded On-Air Networks (acquired by Loudeye), and was an early employee at OnePage Software (acquired by Sybase). Over 20+ years in Silicon Valley he has invested in 150+ startups including Coupang, Toss, Outdoorsy, Frontier Car Group, Grubmarket, and Flutterwave, and currently also serves as a Venture Partner with Febe Ventures.

Jean-Marc Patouillaud has deep transatlantic experience in Silicon Valley and Europe and, as president of CentraleSupélec Venture, connects elite French technical talent with venture funding.

Nicolas El Baze is a Partner at Tekton Ventures focused on global technology investment. He works with entrepreneurs operating across international markets.

Omri Benayoun is a General Partner at Partech's Growth fund, investing in capital-efficient European technology companies targeting $100M ARR and beyond. His portfolio includes board positions and stakes in companies such as Brandwatch, Brevo, EcoVadis, M-Files, Amboss, Rohlik, and Skello, among others, several of which have been acquired or partially divested to major investors and financial sponsors.

Philippe Collombel is President and Founding Partner at Partech, a venture capital firm with offices in Paris, Berlin, San Francisco, Dakar, and Nairobi that has invested in technology and internet companies for over 30 years. Romain Lavault is a General Partner and Executive Committee member at Partech, a position he has held since 2013. Tidjane Dème is a General Partner at Partech, where he co-leads Partech Africa, a fund focused on Series A and B investments in African startups. Matthieu Marchand is a venture capital investor based in Dakar and Paris. He serves as Principal on the Africa fund at Partech, which invests in startups from Seed to Series C stages that offer pan-African solutions.

Paul Vider is a Principal in Growth Equity at Partech, a global investment platform for technology and digital companies with offices in Paris, San Francisco, Berlin, and Dakar. He has over two decades of experience building and scaling startups as a co-founder while leading engineering teams, and has been advising and investing in founders since 2012. He has focused full-time on investing in infrastructure software since 2018.

Alexis Lancien is a Senior Associate in the Growth Equity team at Partech, a global growth equity fund that invests €25m–€80m from a €650m fund, typically as a minority investor. The fund focuses on European-headquartered technology scale-ups with more than €10m ARR, particularly B2B SaaS companies such as M-Files, EcoVadis, and Brevo. Lancien is also an investor at Cintoo.

Andrew Whiting is a partner in growth equity at Partech, a global investment platform with offices in Paris, San Francisco, Berlin, and Dakar. He has over 15 years of investment and advisory experience in growth stage companies across North America and Europe. Benjamin Auschitzky is a Strategy & Operations Senior Lead at Chapter54 and works with Partech Partners, where he advises C-suite executives on strategic planning and operations across Africa in sectors including mining equipment, FX and liquidity management, construction, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. He has a decade of experience launching and scaling ventures across Europe, Africa, and Asia, including multi-country growth programs that reached over €50M in revenue. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec, and is based in Geneva.

Benoît Piquette serves as Chief Information Officer at Partech. His work spans digital transformation programs, the management of complex IT environments, change management, governance implementation, and budget planning and monitoring.

Guillaume Nordlinger is a Principal in Portfolio & Transactions at Partech. With over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, finance operations, team management, and audit across digital business, media, and technology sectors, he works with portfolio companies on value identification, finance function development, and operational performance improvement. He holds a degree from ESSEC Business School and maintains dual French and US citizenship.

Isabelle Tresson is Communications & Marketing Lead at Partech, a global technology investment firm headquartered in Paris with offices in Berlin, Dakar, Dubai, Milan, Nairobi, and San Francisco. She oversees marketing, external communication, and PR initiatives for the firm and supports its portfolio companies in their communications activities. Outside of work, she has launched a theater-focused podcast called Acte 3 Scène 2.

Keji Mustapha is Chief Marketing Officer at Partech. Before entering venture capital, she worked in fashion, events, and operations, having initially trained toward a career in law. Her professional focus includes building teams, functions, and projects within start-up environments.

Louis Dessal is an investor at Partech Growth, a global growth equity fund that makes €25–120m minority investments from a €650m vehicle, focusing on European technology scale-ups, particularly B2B SaaS companies growing from €10m+ to €100m+ ARR. The fund's first-fund investments include M-Files, EcoVadis, and Brevo. Dessal also serves as a lecturer at HEC Paris.

Sabrine Chahrour is a VC Senior Associate at Partech, working with the firm's Africa practice. Based in Senegal, she focuses on investments in startups across the African continent.

Sophie Jameau is a Senior Events & Internal Comms Associate at Partech, where she has worked for over a decade. Her work covers event planning and execution as well as internal communications, involving collaboration across teams.

Zoé Lerebourg is a Financial Controller and Internal Valuer for growth, seed, and impact funds at Partech. She previously worked as a financial controller specializing in Real Estate and Proptech at LBO France, as an industrial investment analyst at Stellantis in Austria, and as a financial analyst in unlisted assets at Malakoff Humanis. She holds a Master's degree in Audit and Corporate Finance from EM Normandie.

Julie Ehrmann is Senior Client Director at Brevo, where she oversees Customer Success and Customer Experience for the Pro Business unit, which manages €25 million in annual recurring revenue across 2,500 clients. She has spent 4.5 years at Brevo in roles including Revenue Operations Director and Chief of Staff, focusing on process optimization, data management, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining Brevo, Ehrmann spent five years as a Growth Equity investor at Partech.
