Bharti Gupta Ramola spent over three decades in finance and consulting, serving as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers India from 1992 to 2017, where she helped build advisory practices in corporate finance, project finance, infrastructure, sustainability, and change management and led early work on climate change and carbon transactions. In her final years at PwC she was part of the firm's India Management Team, overseeing Marketing and Brand Strategy and leading its Financial Sector business. She earlier worked at ICICI Bank and the Nehru Foundation for Development, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's in Physics from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi, and serves as an advisor to Capria Ventures.

Bindusaara R is part of the Marketing team at Capria Ventures, leading public relations and strategic communications across media engagement, digital communications, and brand initiatives. He holds a Master's degree in Media and Communication Studies from Christ University, specializing in Advertising and Corporate Communications, and previously worked in corporate communications at Vedanta Limited and in consulting roles. His experience covers brand and leadership communications, media relations, and crisis and reputation management across sectors including technology, infrastructure, financial services, FMCG, aviation, cybersecurity, and social impact.

Daniel Ballesteros Nader works at Capria Ventures, where he reviews fund manager and warehousing/co-investment deals, conducts due diligence, and supports portfolio management for the investment team. He previously held roles in capital markets at Citibank and Grupo Bancolombia. He holds a BBA and an MBA from IESE Business School.

David Vaskevitch is a technologist who began working with computers in 1966 and built one of the earliest email systems in 1971. He joined Microsoft as an early employee, where he set up the US Marketing department, contributed to the launches of Windows 3.0 and Microsoft Office, worked in the Small Business Division, and led the acquisition of Great Plains. In 2009 he started a consulting practice focused on founder succession and later returned to software development, currently building a "second brain" product at Mylio.

Dhruv Bijoor is Vice President at Capria Ventures, where he manages the process of raising capital from investors. He previously worked in consultancy at EY (Risk Advisory) and KPMG (Government Advisory), served as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Holland Startup in Utrecht, and ran an investment banking consultancy called AVACASA that helped founders raise capital. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics (Honors) from Christ University and a Master's in Economics from Maastricht University.

Dhruvan Juneja is a member of the Capria investor relations team. He holds a degree in Finance and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and previously completed two internships in investor relations and client management at Anand Rathi Private Wealth.

An industry veteran and co-founder of Home Agent, Fabio Boucinhas holds a BA in Industrial Engineering from FEI and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He has held senior roles at Yahoo, SKY Brazil, and Natura, and was honored as Entrepreneur of the Year in the Emerging category by Ernst & Young.

Francis Perelman leads AI initiatives at Capria Ventures, working to drive adoption across the fund's network and to help shape its strategic direction. He previously served as Head of Strategy at GetGloby, a company using AI to help businesses enter new markets, and worked as a consultant on Deloitte's Risk Advisory team. He has a background in computer science.

Harsh Vyas is an Agentic AI Developer at Capria Ventures, where he builds Generative AI-based MVPs for portfolio companies and internal AI products. He works with teams and clients to translate business needs into AI solutions such as prototypes, workflow automation, and client-facing tools. He studied Computer Science in India and later completed IT Business Analysis in Canada.

James Cahyadi is an SEA Investment Fellow at Capria Ventures who works with entrepreneurs across the region. Before Capria, he was a strategic lead in the F&B/retail industry in Jakarta and completed internships at think tanks, venture capital firms, and management consulting across several countries. He holds a B.A. from Waseda University in Tokyo and a dual Master's in Public Policy, specializing in Digital Policy, from Sciences Po Paris and the University of Tokyo.

K.L. Mukesh is a Venture Partner at Capria Ventures with a background in operations management across global markets in television and healthcare. He managed operations and technology for DIRECTV Latin America and DIRECTV Japan, and later co-founded Akeso Healthcare, which was acquired by Apollo Hospitals Group, before serving as CEO of the Picolabs Division at Biosense. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Master's in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute.

Lakshman Yagati holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He works as a Principal Engineer at Google DeepMind, with a background in large-scale distributed computing, web-scale search, and natural language understanding, and prior roles at the University of Delaware, Drexel University, and Bell Labs. He serves on Capria's AI Technical Advisory Board, advising on the firm's AI strategy across its startup network.

Founder and CEO of Magma with a strong background in industrial materials, Neal Thakker previously managed monthly procurement operations worth $12 million at MS International and worked at AGL India, one of India's largest building materials manufacturers. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Irvine.

CEO and co-founder of Masai School, Prateek Shukla is a Times 40 Under 40 recipient recognized for his contributions to education and technology. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and has held significant roles in marketing and business at companies including Cenogen Materials, Quikr, and SPR Highliving.

An industry veteran and global tech leader, Pravin Agarwala is co-founder and CEO of BetterPlace with a Bachelor of Engineering from Gauhati University and an Executive Management Program completion from IIM Bangalore. Before joining BetterPlace, he served as Vice President and Global Head of SAP Labs.

Sandhya Thukaram leads investor relations at Capria Ventures, where she manages global relationships to support fundraising across the firm's active funds and oversees strategic marketing and organization-wide OKR goal setting. She previously served as COO for the Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship and AM, and as Principal and Branch Head at The PRactice. She holds an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and hosts a podcast called 'Owning It'.
