Ronny was one of the first partners at Andreessen Horowitz where he led seed and early-stage investing and was involved in high-profile investments including Airbnb, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. He spent six years at Google and was among the first employees at Google Ventures.
Kartik most recently led crypto and technical investments at SV Angel, originating investments in over 20 companies including MakerDAO, DFINITY, and Coinbase. A software developer and open source contributor, he was named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 list and holds a degree in astrophysics and mathematics.
Ramu was previously a partner at Andreessen Horowitz focused on enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and big data investments such as Databricks, Illumio, and Platfora. He has over a decade of operating experience in product management and engineering at startups and public companies, and holds advanced degrees in computer science and business.
Zach began as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins and later served as outside general counsel to several startups including RentJuice and tenXer. Most recently, he co-founded and served as COO of a legal staffing company before joining A.Capital.
Ben is a co-founder and partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Prior to that, he co-founded Loudcloud with Marc Andreessen, which became Opsware, a data center automation software provider.
Brad began his career in recruiting at startups and technology companies before joining Google in 2004, where he led staffing and HR teams responsible for opening and scaling domestic and global offices. He has worked with hundreds of founders to build scalable recruiting platforms.
Carrie was the second engineering recruiter hired at Google and spent twelve years there, including as head of talent acquisition for Google Ventures where she worked with over 200 portfolio companies. She has led recruiting and HR teams across multiple countries and specializes in helping entrepreneurs build recruiting and HR functions.
Heather supports A.Capital's investing, talent, and operations partners. Prior to joining A.Capital, she managed special projects and served as executive assistant at the B612 Foundation, an organization focused on planetary defense.
Paul co-founded Y Combinator in 2005, a seed capital firm that has invested in hundreds of startups including Dropbox, Airbnb, and Stripe. Previously, he started Viaweb in 1995, the first software-as-a-service company, which was acquired by Yahoo in 1998.
Ron is a founder of SV Angel and an active angel investor since the mid-1990s. He previously founded and managed the Angel Investors LP funds and was co-founder, president, and CEO of Altos Computer Systems, which went public on Nasdaq in 1982.
