Investment thesis
GRIDS Capital focuses on deep tech ventures, defined as companies at the intersection of science and technology built by entrepreneurs, researchers, scientists, engineers and academics developing new algorithms, models, systems, devices and products. It has invested in more than 150 companies, aiming for a well-balanced, risk-adjusted portfolio through both direct investments and selected GPs. Its strategy centers on two principles: exploiting asymmetries in risk/return, information and skill, and betting on inevitabilities that require no special ability to predict the future.
