1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to fundraisingfox.com, to founder accounts, and to Fox Link — the connection that lets an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and similar) use Fundraising Fox on your behalf. By using any of them you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. The public directory

The investor, people and company pages are assembled from public sources and first-party websites (see our methodology). They are published for reading and for reuse with attribution under CC BY 4.0, as stated on each page. Systematic or bulk collection of the site is rate limited; licensed bulk data is available separately (see /data). We work to keep the directory accurate but cannot guarantee it; corrections are welcome at corrections@fundraisingfox.com.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it. The features that use your own data (Gmail, calendar, cap table, work history) do so only as described in the privacy policy, and you can disconnect at any time from your account settings, which deletes that data.

4. Fox Link and Fox credits

Fox Link is a paid feature. Connecting an assistant requires Fox credits on your account; each intro-path lookup spends one credit, and searches and profile lookups are included within daily limits shown on your Fox Link page. Credits are personal to your account, are not transferable, and are consumed when a lookup runs even if you do not act on the result. A lookup that fails on our side is refunded.

Fox Link is for your own fundraising. You may not use it, or an assistant connected through it, to extract, copy, resell or redistribute the directory or other users' data, to enumerate profiles, or to build a competing dataset. We may pause or end access for accounts that do, without refunding remaining credits.

5. Intro paths are suggestions

A route such as “ask Jane to introduce you to Bob” describes a tie our data shows (shared employer, shared board, your own correspondence). Whether the people involved are willing to make the introduction is up to them. Use judgement and courtesy; we are not party to any introduction or investment that follows.

6. Assistants and third parties

When you connect an assistant, its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor or another) processes your questions and our answers under that provider's own terms. We only receive the requests the assistant makes on your behalf, tied to your account, and you can revoke an assistant's access at any time on your Fox Link page.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

Fundraising Fox is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties of accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
