Consuelo Valverde is Founder and Managing Partner of Endurance28 (formerly SVLC), an early-stage venture capital firm. Raised in Mexico, she earned a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Miami, founded a PC manufacturing business and an IT training center, and later led the creation of an Office of Innovation, Science & Technology in Mexico before moving to San Francisco in 2006. She holds two master's degrees in science, completed a year of graduate studies in genomics, and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Abhiram Manchi is a Product Manager for Pilots at MDIA, focused on program management in deep-tech and technical domains. He began his career as an engineer developing software used in semiconductor design before moving into work spanning technology, government, and capital. He is co-author of "When the Chips Are Down," a book on semiconductor geopolitics and deep tech that has been translated into Arabic.

Carmiña De La Peña is an Operations Associate at Endurance28 with a background in marketing and business and experience in events and business operations. She organizes events and supports the firm's CFO and Managing Partner.

Cristina Mittermeier, born in Mexico City in 1966, is a conservation photographer, biologist and author who studied Biochemical Engineering in Marine Sciences at ITESM in Mexico and Fine Art Photography at the Corcoran College for the Arts in Washington, D.C. She founded the International League of Conservation Photographers in 2005 and co-founded the ocean conservation nonprofit SeaLegacy in 2014. She is described as an impact investor focused on combining financial returns with positive social and environmental outcomes.

Daniela Guerra leads marketing and branding strategy at Endurance28. She holds a degree in Marketing and Communication and previously provided marketing and web-content consulting to companies in the art, hospitality, and financial services sectors, helping clients develop branding and positioning strategies.

Jared Campbell is a General Partner at Endurance28 focused on climate, with over two decades of engineering experience spanning wireless datalink development, R&D including DARPA-funded initiatives, and leadership of cross-functional technical teams. He has worked on net-positive home construction techniques and materials, and founded Running Up For Air, an endurance race series supporting clean air initiatives. He is also an accomplished endurance athlete.

Jessica Chao is a healthcare entrepreneur, investor, and complex care delivery expert with over 15 years of experience. She earned a Pharm.D from the University of Washington, completed a residency at Johns Hopkins Medicine, and holds an MBA in Health Services Management from Johns Hopkins University. She co-founded a venture-backed consumer health information company, led product design at several digital health companies, and since 2015 has directed the Clinical Innovation Center at UCSF.

Paul Hung is a scientist-entrepreneur trained in Bioengineering at UC Berkeley with more than two decades of experience in life sciences. He co-founded CellASIC, which developed the ONIX microfluidic live-cell imaging platform and was acquired by MilliporeSigma (Merck KGaA), and later founded COMBiNATi, a digital PCR company acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2021. After running Thermo Fisher's global digital PCR business, he became CEO of Taudia, developing a blood-based biomarker platform for Alzheimer's and brain-health diagnostics.

Rob Wirszycz advises entrepreneurs on operations and marketing strategy. He has served as a non-executive chairman, advisor, and mentor for organizations ranging from start-ups to publicly listed companies, including fast-growth firms, turnarounds, not-for-profits, and private equity. His domain expertise spans outsourcing, managed services, software products, and consumer electronics, focused on strategy, marketing, sales, and people.

Victoria Otamiri is a commercial leader and co-founder of Savy Wellness, a UK-based supplement brand for women. She has over 15 years of experience across healthcare, life sciences, and wellness, having led commercial strategy and growth at organisations including GE Healthcare and Thomson Reuters. Her background is in biochemistry and pharmacology, and she holds an Executive MBA.

Xavier Bailleres is an entrepreneur and investor with several years of experience in Latin America's startup community. He previously founded an eCommerce startup and a media-tech company, and as an angel investor built a network of angels across Mexico and an early-stage micro VC fund investing in Latin American startups. He is currently building a startup in the health and wellness space. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidad de Monterrey, completed an Angel Investor Training Program at ITAM, and earned an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.

Garrett Dempsey began his career in life sciences, working in R&D at several San Diego biotech companies before earning a Ph.D. in Metabolic Biology from UC Berkeley. During his doctoral studies he wrote articles on healthspan and longevity for FoundMyFitness, supported pipeline prioritization at an early-stage startup, and developed biotech investment theses through a San Francisco life science collective. He also served as a Venture Fellow at Flagship Pioneering, contributing to the firm's venture creation process for bioplatform companies.

Vartan Indjeian is a Partner at Invivo Partners, where he focuses on building early-stage companies in biotechnology, including advanced therapies and synthetic biology. He serves as a board member at OneChain, Telomere Therapeutics, Esobiotec (acquired by AstraZeneca), Telum Therapeutics, and Signadori Bio, as Chair at Eclova, and as Observer at Arthex and Gyala. He holds a PhD in Biotechnology, previously managed technology transfer projects at Vall d'Hebron Research Institute, and has worked in venture capital since 2018.
