Ramzi Farah has a background in investment banking and private equity, with prior roles at Corporate Finance House, GE Capital, and Lehman Brothers. He holds a master's degree from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a BA from the American University of Beirut. He serves on the boards of Razor Capital's portfolio companies.

Oussama Glilah is a co-founder of Razor Capital and was involved in establishing the firm and promoting early stage venture capital in Bangladesh. He is a graduate of SOAS and serves on the investment team, contributing to legal work, transaction structuring, and founder coaching.

Atif Khalil is a General Partner on Monsoon II, where he focuses on operational excellence, investor relations, and impact strategy in Southeast Asia. He previously was COO and a founding team member at REG-1, building a RegTech SaaS product, and worked as Principal Consultant at Nest VC and Senior Consultant at Wimmer Family Office managing investments across Europe, the US, and Asia. He started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and holds a BA in Management & Economics and an MBA.

Pritesh Gupta is an entrepreneur who co-founded ZipGo, a technology-enabled bus aggregator in India that was sold to Essel Group in 2018, and Rights Reality, a patent licensing firm founded in 2009 that exited via strategic sale. He was a core-team member at the Indian mobility company Ola and has worked as an investor and advisor with MyAsiaVC, an angel syndicate, and Seedstars, an emerging markets fund.

Khaled Dannaoui is a Venture Partner at Razor Capital with a background in financial services, where he has held roles at various institutions. He holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Houston, and his work has focused on risk management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Rodolph Njeim is a Venture Partner at Razor Capital with a background in transaction advisory and operational leadership, citing over USD 1.5 billion in transaction experience. He founded Finance+, a boutique advisory firm that helps startups, scale-ups, and mature businesses with value creation, reporting, and investment readiness. He is a CFA Charterholder with expertise in financial modeling, KPI frameworks, and capital structuring.

Assaad Makary is an Associate at Razor Capital with a financial background and entrepreneurial experience in blockchain and e-commerce. He holds a Business Administration degree from the American University of Beirut (AUB). He describes himself as a generalist who works across diverse markets.

Danai Ibrahim leads marketing and communications, working across strategy, business development, and digital transformation. She has more than a decade of experience spanning proptech, fintech, hospitality, investment, and education, focusing on brand building and growth. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking.

Sarah Sbeiti manages internal operations at Razor Capital, focusing on process coordination and efficiency. She previously worked at Bank Audi and in project management. She holds a degree in Business Management from the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut, along with a Graduate Professional Diploma in Investment Analysis and Modern Portfolio Management and a Professional Certificate in Machine Learning for Investment from the American University of Beirut.

Tarek Youssef is a chemical engineer who graduated from Notre Dame University Louaize and earned an Advanced Master's in Textile Engineering through the Erasmus Mundus program in Europe. Before Razor Capital, he co-founded ventures in premium agriculture and recycling technology and worked in engineering roles at Pepsi and as a Project Engineer. He supports portfolio companies by drawing on both his analytical background and his experience building businesses.
