Parul Singh is an Investment Partner on 645 Ventures' Investment & Research team, focusing on the AI stack including software, developer tools, and infrastructure. She previously spent about a decade as a full-stack developer and product manager, with roles at the New York Times, Inc. Magazine, and Fast Company, and founded a learning analytics company. She later invested at Founder Collective and Initialized Capital, and holds a degree from Harvard College and an MBA from MIT.

Vardan Gattani is an Investment Partner on 645 Ventures' Investment & Research team, where he leads the firm's deep tech and cybersecurity investments and also covers enterprise and vertical software. He was previously an investor at Riot Ventures and AlleyCorp, and earlier led go-to-market teams at Foursquare and Estimote. He holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

William "Willy" Hess is a Principal on the Investment & Research team at 645 Ventures, working with portfolio founders across verticals including fintech, hard tech, consumer, and iGaming. Before joining the firm, he worked in Corporate Development and Finance at FanDuel and later on the investment team at Thrive Capital. Blair Flicker joined 645 Ventures as a Senior Advisor in January 2024, where he focuses on firm operations and management. Chonlathit Jittachalothorn (CJ) is the Controller at 645 Ventures, overseeing financial operations, fund financial reporting, and compliance. He previously served as Controller at the Pay It Forward Company and held finance leadership roles at private equity firms ACON Investments and Tinicum, and began his career in audit and assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and EisnerAmper. He holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Kasetsart University, and is a CPA licensed in New York and Washington, DC.

Christina Siadat is an Executive Assistant and SF Office Manager at 645 Ventures, working closely with the investment team and founders. A Bay Area native, she began her venture capital career on Sand Hill Road and has spent over 12 years in the industry, including prior experience at Redpoint Ventures. She holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Regis University.

Eric Parshall is a Senior Full-Stack Engineer II at 645 Ventures, where he builds the firm's internal software tools that support its investing strategy. He has worked as a software engineer for more than a decade, including at startups in Utah's "Silicon Slopes." He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Kelly Hardeman is Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at 645 Ventures, which she joined in 2023 to lead capital raising, investor communications, and investor relationship management. She previously worked at Morgan Stanley's Private Equity group, led investor reporting at Pegasus Capital Advisors, worked in investor relations at Insight Partners, and led North American fundraising at Jerusalem Venture Partners. She holds a BA in Mathematics from NYU.

Lexi Quirk is Managing Director and Head of Product at 645 Ventures, where she leads development of the firm's proprietary investment software, Voyager, alongside a team of engineers. She handles diligence on potential investments in user research, product, and design tools, and oversees the firm's platform team supporting founders on business development, PR, and go-to-market strategy. She joined the firm in 2021 after working as a management consultant and product manager at Accenture, and holds a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Education from Princeton University.

Mendy Yang is a Vice President on 645 Ventures' Investment & Research team, working with founders in enterprise AI, with attention to cybersecurity, compliance, IT, and customer support/success. She began her career at Vista Equity Partners, a software-focused private equity fund, and later invested in B2B SaaS at Lerer Hippeau and Soma Capital. She holds a BS from Yale University, where she double majored in Economics and Psychology.

Meredith Tibbals is a Vice President on the Success team at 645 Ventures, where she works with founders to support their companies through their next phase of growth. She previously held roles at Facebook's Small Business team, Columbia Business School, and First Round Capital. She graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in History and Sociology.

Natasha Bradley is the Executive Assistant and New York City Office Manager at 645 Ventures, supporting firm leadership and overseeing office operations. Her prior experience spans executive support, project management, and event planning across financial services, technology, sports & entertainment, and consulting. She holds a B.S. in Sociology with a concentration in Community Change from San Jose State University.

Pete Keenan is Managing Director and Head of Finance at 645 Ventures, where he leads portfolio management and strategic finance, including fund performance analysis, portfolio company finance support, and capital market activities such as portfolio M&A and IPOs. Before 645 Ventures, he spent four years at Volition Capital, a Boston-based growth equity firm, working on valuation analysis, fund administration, and investor reporting, and began his career in KPMG's Alternative Investments audit practice. He holds a BS and MS in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a CPA in Massachusetts.

Randi Jakubowitz is Head of Operations & Talent at 645 Ventures, where she supports portfolio founders with team building and talent processes and manages internal firm operations including people, events, marketing, and business development. Before joining the firm, she held senior people leadership roles at companies including Seamless/GrubHub, Toptal, Paro, and Havas, and was part of the operational leadership team through the Seamless-GrubHub merger and IPO. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and is also a professional coach.

Stephen Lang is 645 Ventures' first Design Fellow, where he oversees the firm's visual brand and works with portfolio companies to develop narratives for customer acquisition, hiring, and fundraising. He is also Co-founder and Chief Design Officer at 4149, which was spun out of The Foundry at Cornell Tech, where he served as User Experience Designer in Residence. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from SUNY Purchase and studied abroad at the Universidad Ibero Americana in Mexico City.

Yasmeena Faycurry is a Senior Associate on the Investment and Research team at 645 Ventures, focusing on B2B and Consumer founders, particularly in networks and logistics. She previously invested in consumer at Listen Ventures and in industrial companies at Chicago Ventures, and earlier founded Unfound, a local-recommendations app community she grew to over 20,000 users. She holds a BA in Economics with honors from Northwestern University, with concentrations in computer science, entrepreneurship, and marketing.
