Sayo Folawiyo is a Founding Partner at Microtraction and Founding Director of Pave Investments, a private investment holding company focused on private equity and venture capital opportunities in technology. He is co-Founder and CEO of Kandua.com, a technology startup offering business tools and market access to small service businesses in Africa, and serves as a Director of Binance Technology & Innovation Nigeria Ltd. and Haspo Integrated Services Ltd.

Dayo Koleowo is a Partner at Microtraction, where he oversees day-to-day operations and leads the investment team. His work centers on pre-seed investing across sectors in Africa, portfolio support and management, and fundraising and stakeholder management. Before joining Microtraction in 2017, he co-founded an online food delivery startup and previously worked in infrastructure finance with a background in Quantity Surveying.

Yele Bademosi is the Founding Partner at Microtraction, which backs early-stage African startups across sectors including fintech and web3. He is CEO and co-founder of Nestcoin, focused on digital financial access in Africa, and previously founded and led Bundle Africa, a Binance-incubated social payments app. He was also a Director at Binance Labs, where he led the Africa chapter of its incubation program and investments in emerging markets.

Andy Volk is the founder of Andy[x], a research studio focused on open technology, creative systems, and human connection. Previously, he served as Head of Ecosystem for Sub-Saharan Africa at Google, where he led developer and startup initiatives across the continent, and held leadership roles on Google's Program Partnerships team supporting Android and AI platform growth. Volk is an active angel investor with over 50 early-stage investments, a limited partner in venture funds including Microtraction and Future Africa, and holds a graduate certificate from the Venture Capital Executive Program at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Ato Bentsi-Enchill is the SPV Investment Lead at Microtraction and also serves as an Investment Lead with PAVE Investments, a private investment holding company focused on early-stage technology ventures and joint ventures with international companies. He has worked in financial services for more than six years, advising firms across sectors on engaging with investors through his advisory firm, Black Adam Africa Capital Management (BAACAP). His work spans due diligence, term sheet negotiation, and investor relations across early-stage and growth-stage transactions.

Offiong Isyah is an Analyst at Microtraction covering West Africa. He previously worked on growth and product teams at Stears, and later conducted research analyzing trends across crypto, fintech, and other verticals at Nestcoin.

Samantha Asheley Amarhfio is a finance professional who has worked as a Finance Manager and Accountant at LIG Africa Holding Limited. She holds an MSc in Development Finance and is a Chartered Accountant, with experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. Her work covers cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and strategic planning.

Octavius Phukubye is Executive Director of the Mr Price Foundation, bringing 17 years of experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and management consulting across organizations including Accenture, IDF Capital, ABSA, and SAB. He has founded ventures, invested in early-stage companies, led technology accelerators, and advised multinational corporations on business transformation and economic development across Africa.
