David Hillis is an Executive Partner at Epsilon Health Investors, where he supports investment diligence and decision-making. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of AdCare, Inc. until its 2018 acquisition by American Addiction Centers, and led AdCare Hospital of Worcester as CEO from 1974 to 2018, focusing on alcohol and drug addiction care. He is a Fellow Emeritus of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

David R. Pitts is an Executive Partner at Epsilon Health Investors with a long career in healthcare. He spent 20 years with the Air Force Medical Service in roles including hospital administrator and founding Associate Dean of the USU Medical School, later becoming CEO of the Ochsner Medical Institutions' hospitals in New Orleans at age 37. He founded Pitts Management Associates, a healthcare strategy firm, and has served as President of the Health Insights Foundation.

Leslie Norwalk is an Executive Partner at Epsilon Health Investors with a background in healthcare policy. She previously served as Acting Administrator and, earlier, Deputy Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) during the Bush Administration, and practiced health policy law at Epstein Becker Green. She holds a juris doctor from the George Mason University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations from Wellesley College.

Taylor Whitman is a Partner at Epsilon Health Investors and a member of the firm's Investment Committee, working on origination, underwriting, and portfolio company management. He concentrates on digital health, tech-enabled services, and care delivery models, drawing on experience with health systems, payors, and healthcare companies. Earlier he was a Partner at Concord Health Partners and Three Ocean Partners, a banker at BDA Partners, and began his career at Citigroup Venture Capital Equity Partners; he holds a BA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Steve Brady is a Partner at Epsilon Health Investors, where he sources and executes new investments and monitors portfolio companies. He has over a decade of finance experience spanning private equity, venture capital, and investment banking, including eight years at the IFC Asset Management Company, the private equity arm of the International Finance Corporation, and an early career role in Houlihan Lokey's Financial Restructuring Group in New York. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Fran Green is a business growth strategist and law firm partner with over 30 years of experience advising Fortune 100/S&P 500 corporations and international financial institutions on business, financial, and legal matters. She currently serves as Counsel at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., where she has worked on corporate strategy and served on the firm's Strategic Planning and Labor and Employment Steering Committees. She holds an LL.M. in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, is certified as an AI Governance Professional, and has completed studies at MIT Sloan/CSAIL on integrating AI systems within organizations.

Jeffrey Hillis is a behavioral healthcare executive who now provides consulting and advisory services to behavioral health stakeholders, including provider organizations and investor groups. He spent 20 years running a substance use disorder treatment organization in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, coordinating its 2018 sale to a national provider and remaining in a leadership role afterward. He has held board positions with the National Association for Behavioral Healthcare and the Massachusetts Association for Behavioral Health Systems, and holds a BA from Stonehill College plus a JD and MBA from Suffolk University.

Kaitlynne Brock manages finance and administration at Epsilon Health Investors, working alongside the firm's third-party fund administrator, and has over 15 years of experience across accounting, finance, compliance, and HR. She previously served as Director of Asset Management at Brian Wishneff & Associates, a tax credit finance and syndication firm, where she oversaw asset management, accounting, and compliance for the firm's portfolio. Earlier in her career she worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent nearly a decade consulting at Willis Towers Watson; she holds a BS in Accounting and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ted Kennedy Jr. is an Advisor to Epsilon Health Investors and a healthcare regulatory attorney with more than 20 years of experience in legal and reimbursement policy. He is a Partner at Epstein Becker Green and previously co-founded and served as President of the Marwood Group, a healthcare-focused strategic advisory and financial services firm; earlier roles included practicing law in New Haven, Connecticut, and serving as Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the Connecticut Hospital Association. He served as a Connecticut State Senator from 2015 to 2019 and has been active in disability rights advocacy.

Teri G. Fontenot served as president and CEO of Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, from 1996 until her retirement in March 2019, having previously held CFO, COO, and EVP roles at four health systems. She is a CPA (inactive) with an MBA and qualifies as an SEC financial expert. She currently serves as an independent director on the boards of three public companies, a utility company, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Bill Keyes serves on the Board of Directors of UNC Health, an academic health care system based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he chairs the Audit, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, and Legal Subcommittee. He founded the Institute for Responsible Citizenship, a Washington-based program for African American male college students, and in 2018 earned a PhD while serving on the University of North Carolina Board of Trustees. In 2025 he published a book on his conversations with Institute scholars.

Andrew Lutes is an Associate at Epsilon Health Investors, where he works on sourcing and executing investments and monitoring portfolio companies. He previously interned at Epsilon before returning full-time, and earlier worked as a consultant at KPMG. He holds a master's degree in data analytics and a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Saint Joseph's University.
