Axilor Ventures

Known as 'Kris', he is Chairman of Axilor Ventures and a co-founder of Infosys, where he served as CEO and MD (2007-2011) and vice chairman (2011-2014). He was awarded the Padma Bhushan and holds master's degrees in physics and computer science from IIT Madras.

Listed among Axilor's founders, he served on the Infosys Board of Directors from 2000 to 2014 and led delivery excellence across the company. He holds degrees in mechanical engineering from Mysore University and IISc Bangalore.

Tarun Khanna is the Jorge Paulo Lemann Professor at Harvard Business School, where he has served on the faculty since 1993, and director of the Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute at Harvard University. His research and advisory work focus on multinational and indigenous companies and investors in emerging markets. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Harvard University, and has taught strategy, leadership, and governance across Harvard's MBA and executive education programs.

Principal at Axilor leading Clean Mobility investments for the Micelio Fund. A CFA charterholder, he was previously an investment banker with Unitus Capital where he set up the Clean Mobility practice, and has worked at EY and Goldman Sachs.

Heads Healthcare, Climate-tech and Agritech investments at Axilor, working with early-stage founders on business model viability and go-to-market strategy. She has a decade of public policy and consulting experience at Janaagraha and McKinsey, and holds an MBA from ISB.

Incubates innovative ideas under the Axilor Labs initiative. A serial entrepreneur, she co-founded Niramai, an AI startup for breast cancer screening, and is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore.

Co-founder and CEO of Axilor Ventures, known as VG. He previously spent fifteen years in leadership roles helping large corporates manage risk and was Head of Strategy & Planning at Infosys. He holds an engineering degree and a management postgraduate degree from IIM Lucknow.

Associate at Axilor supporting deep-tech and clean mobility investments for the Micelio Fund. He previously worked at Bain Capability Network and the Clinton Health Access Initiative, and holds an economics degree from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
