Barry Schuler is Founder and Managing Partner on DFJ's Growth team, where he focuses on more mature companies that have moved beyond seed and early stages, targeting category leaders with strong revenue or large monetizable audiences. He previously served as chairman and CEO of America Online and has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. He studied psychology at Rutgers University.

John H. N. Fisher is a co-founder of DFJ and DFJ Growth. He entered the venture capital industry in 1985 at ABS Ventures, where he focused on enterprise software and services, and earlier worked in technology finance at Alex. Brown & Sons.

Mark Bailey is a founder of DFJ Growth, where he has worked since 2002 focusing on helping portfolio companies scale. He began his career at HP's optoelectronics division and later led M&A as an executive and corporate officer at Symantec and Healtheon/WebMD, co-founded WebPartner, and was an executive at Portal Software. Earlier in his career he was one of the first associates at Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers and a general partner at Venrock Associates; he holds a BSE in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Randy Glein co-founded DFJ Growth to invest in innovative companies that have achieved market validation and are scaling rapidly, drawing on 35 years of experience as an investor, entrepreneur, engineer, and operating executive. He previously invested with Tribune Ventures and Hughes New Ventures, served as CFO of FeedBurner (later acquired by Google), and held roles at DIRECTV, Hughes Space & Communications, and Martin Marietta. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, an MSEE from the University of Southern California, and a BSEE from the University of Florida.

Sam Fort is a Partner at DFJ Growth, which he joined in 2010, focusing on enterprise applications and infrastructure, fintech, and blockchain technology. He previously worked on TPG Capital's technology team investing in late-stage technology companies, and earlier at Morgan Stanley's investment banking team on technology, media, and telecom M&A and IPOs. He holds a BSE in electrical engineering and a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Mohanjit Jolly is a Partner at Iron Pillar, a growth-stage investor focused on enterprise and consumer technology companies in India. Since co-founding the firm in 2016, he has led investments in companies including Vyome, Uniphore, Ushur, Freehand.ai, Jiffy.ai, CoreStack, and Fold Health. Jolly's investment career spans over 20 years, including previous roles at Garage Technology Ventures and Draper Fisher Jurvetson, where he established and ran the firm's India operations from 2007 to 2012.

Jocelyn Kinsey is a partner at DFJ Growth, which she joined in 2014. Before that, she worked with J.P. Morgan's Alternative Investments Group in New York, focusing on the placement, diligence, and structuring of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge fund products.
