Investment thesis
Cypher Capital runs a multi-strategy institutional platform organized across five divisions: Public Markets, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Structured Products & Solutions, and Infrastructure & Physical Assets. Its venture arm pursues thesis-driven investment in digital assets and emerging technology, having deployed capital across 150+ projects since 2022 from seed through pre-IPO. The private equity division takes direct stakes in operating companies across technology, consumer, and infrastructure-adjacent sectors, actively improving operations toward defined-horizon exits. The infrastructure division structures vehicles for physical assets such as data centres and power plants.
