Dave Pandullo is a Partner at Frontier Growth, where he leads new investments and works with existing portfolio companies on growth. He previously co-founded a mobile telehealth software company and held roles including VP of Operations at TouchCare, VP at Morgan Creek Capital Management, and positions at Parthenon Capital and McColl Partners. He holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Joel Lanik is a Partner at Frontier Growth, where he works across the firm with a focus on growing portfolio companies and developing investment strategy. He has spent his career working with growth-stage companies as an advisor, investor, and briefly as a management team member, including a prior role as Vice President of Finance and Strategy at LURHQ (now part of Secureworks). He holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business.

Michael Ramich is a Partner at Frontier Growth, which he joined near the firm's founding after previously working at GE. He focuses on building relationships with portfolio companies and works with growth-stage software businesses on strategy and operational support.

Scott Hoch has more than a decade of experience in growth equity, along with earlier work in sell-side investment banking. He has evaluated the performance of many software businesses and works closely with portfolio companies to support their growth.

Tim Bechtold is a Partner at Frontier Growth, where he sources new vertical software companies and works with portfolio company leadership teams and operating partners to accelerate growth and build value. His work focuses on identifying opportunities, solving key business challenges, and helping companies scale.

Alex Pardue is an Associate at Frontier Growth, where he supports the investment team in evaluating opportunities and executing transactions, and works with portfolio companies on organic and inorganic growth. He focuses on vertical SaaS companies across a range of end markets. He previously served as a team manager for UNC basketball.

Cassidy Nelson is an Executive Assistant at Frontier Growth, where she supports the firm's Partners by managing schedules and travel arrangements and also helps run the firm's in-house marketing efforts. Before Frontier, she served as a point of contact for several healthcare organizations, helping with operations and communications.

Chris Zion is a Senior Associate at Frontier Growth, where he evaluates new investment opportunities, supports the finance teams of portfolio companies, and contributes to sourcing. He was drawn to the firm for its focus on SaaS technology.

Christopher Fountain is an Operating Partner at Frontier Growth, where he supports portfolio companies in building and executing their growth strategies. His work spans data analysis, growth strategy development, and advising management teams. He has prior leadership experience at growth-stage software companies.

David Klements is an Operating Partner at Frontier, where he works with founders and CEOs of portfolio companies on strategic initiatives to drive growth. He previously spent over 15 years as CEO of a PE-backed SaaS business, and draws on that experience to advise companies on strategy, operational plans, and metrics.

Kassie Popp is a Senior Associate at Frontier Growth, where she supports the investment team by evaluating new opportunities and executing transactions. She also works with portfolio companies on their organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Liza Hough is part of the investment team at Frontier Growth, focused on identifying and evaluating prospective companies that fit the firm's investment strategy. Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, she earned a B.S. in Finance with minors in Economics and Chinese Studies from Wofford College.

Lori Shell serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Frontier Growth, where she oversees financial operations and regulatory compliance. She has been with the firm since 2007 and has led the development of its finance function as the firm focused on growth-stage software companies.

Meritt Parker is a Portfolio Management & Investor Relations Associate at Frontier Growth, where she tracks the performance of funds and portfolio companies and supports investor relations through market research and CRM management. A native of Peachtree City, Georgia, she is a graduate of the University of Georgia. She has an interest in SaaS technology as well as healthcare and wellness tech.

Richard Maclean co-founded Frontier (Frontier Growth) in 1999 and continues to help lead the firm. He works with growth-stage software companies on strategy and execution and is involved in sourcing and meeting founders and CEOs of prospective investments.

Steve Sellers is Head of Talent at Frontier Growth, where he supports portfolio companies on people and culture matters. He works with founders, CEOs, and management teams on team and performance improvements, partners with search firms to fill key roles, identifies training and development initiatives, and hosts summits and webinars for portfolio leaders to share best practices.

Tristan Goss is a Controller at Frontier Growth, where she oversees day-to-day accounting activities including invoicing, billing, payroll, and donation processes. She previously worked at Deloitte & Touche.

Zoe Stamoulis is the Office Manager at Frontier Growth, where she handles vendor management, facility needs, team accounts, IT initiatives, and onboarding of new hires. Originally from Rockville, MD, she transitioned into growth equity after a prior career in gerontology.

Connor Ryan is a Principal on Frontier Growth's investment team, where he evaluates new opportunities and meets with founders and CEOs of growth-stage vertical SaaS businesses. He works with the team on structuring and negotiating new investments and supports existing portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives and M&A.
