Investment thesis
Homebrew provides capital, counsel and commitment to mission-driven founders reimagining everyday life. About 90% of its activity is pre-seed/seed investments between $100k and $500k, with the remaining 10% being larger (up to $25+ million) or later-stage. The firm has no ownership targets and is flexible on check position, willing to be the first check, last check, or anywhere in between. It looks for founders with deep conviction, real commitment, and problems that are Large, Urgent, and Valuable (LUV). Homebrew focuses on startups located in North or South America that initially target markets in those geographies.
