Conrad Shang is a Venture Partner at Ensemble VC with prior experience as a founder, operator, investor, and LP. He previously led the $4 billion venture capital portfolio at The University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO) and was an investor at Norwest Venture Partners, earlier working as a product manager at Yammer, an investor at Bain Capital Ventures, and a consultant at Bain & Company. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Ian Heinrich is a Principal on the investment team at Ensemble VC, where he supports due diligence, underwriting, and the integration of investment team feedback into machine learning models. He previously invested at Collaborative Fund, focusing on early-stage companies in the U.S. and Europe, and earlier worked in management consulting and as support to the CFO of Mercer. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Aidan Gold is an Investment Associate at Ensemble VC, focused on sourcing and investment execution at the pre-seed and seed stages using the firm's Unity platform. He was previously a founding partner at HyperGuap, an investment syndicate and fund with over $30M in AUM that backed more than 35 companies, and earlier worked in investor relations at biotech startup eGenesis. He holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Hannah Vu is a Data Engineer at Ensemble VC, where she helps build and scale the back-end systems behind Unity, the firm's proprietary data platform, working across data infrastructure and machine learning to support investment insights. She was previously a Senior Cloud & Analytics Engineer at Sunnova Energy and held engineering roles at ConocoPhillips and Intel. She is pursuing an M.S. in Analytics from Georgia Tech and holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.

Katalina Veal is a Senior Data Product Manager at Cocoon Home Services with over 8 years of experience developing enterprise data, AI/ML, and analytics products. She specializes in translating strategic priorities into product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams across technical and business functions to deliver analytics solutions.

Lilly Vernor leads the development of Ensemble VC's internal products, including Unity, a proprietary platform that generates company profiles using growth signals, network analysis, and data visualization, and works with portfolio companies on data-driven products. She holds a master's degree in Statistics & Data Science from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Mathematics from Texas Christian University. Before Ensemble VC, she interned at Pfizer, building data models to support COVID-19 efforts.

Devin Beckwith is Ensemble VC's Defense Investment Specialist, drawing on about two decades of special operations, technology, and defense-acquisition experience. A former fixed-wing special operations pilot, he served as Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Requirements Branch Chief at AFSOC, where he managed part of the command's SBIR portfolio, and co-founded Adaptive Airborne Enterprise (A2E). He also serves as USSOCOM Technology Liaison, connecting industry with the SOCOM enterprise, and sources and evaluates defense-tech opportunities for the firm.

Nesta Lenhert-Scholer leads Ensemble VC's back-end data infrastructure, building and scaling the firm's proprietary data platform, Unity. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Chicago, where he focused on data analytics, cloud computing, and parallel programming, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Baylor University with minors in mathematics and chemistry. Earlier in his career he interned as a software engineer at Viziv Technologies and worked as a research assistant in Baylor's Experimental High Energy Physics Group.

Nicole Stump is Ensemble VC's Executive Assistant, managing back-office organizational systems that support the firm's Unity data platform and serving as a liaison to investors, limited partners, and founders. Her background spans education, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement, including teaching high school English at a Title I school and consulting for nonprofits. She holds a Master's in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in English from WV Wesleyan College.

Thomas Wilkinson is managing partner at Ollin Ventures and co-founder and CEO of NeuroNova, a mental health company focused on addiction recovery solutions.
