Founding story

The three co-founders—Yash Patel, Daniel (Danny) Wilson and Arthur MacWaters—were roommates at Princeton and initially pursued separate careers: MacWaters at McKinsey, Wilson as a technical product manager at Microsoft (Excel), and Patel at the Congressional Budget Office working on healthcare policy and economics. Patel later brought the group together around healthcare, motivated by family members and friends who struggled to access mental health care. They quit their jobs and joined Y Combinator's Summer 2021 batch.
