Leads sales and business development for ATEL Ventures. Previously managed venture leasing for the emerging growth divisions at Imperial Bank (now Comerica) and LINC Capital, and held business development roles at Interlease Group. Holds a BS in Business Administration (finance) from San Diego State University and an MBA from St. Mary's College.

Bill Bullock manages ATEL's direct and indirect sales team and originates new lease acquisitions. He previously held business development roles at Key Equipment Finance, Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, and Mellon US Leasing, and holds a finance degree from San Diego State University.

Drew Waddell oversees corporate financial reporting, audits, documentation and compliance at ATEL. He previously held controller and FP&A roles at Salient Partners and Xambala, and worked as an external auditor at Ernst & Young.

Legal counsel at ATEL, previously spent five years at global law firms in Chicago and the Bay Area serving the financial services industry. Holds a Bachelor's in English from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.

Vice President at ATEL Capital Group who joined the firm in 2013 as VP of Lease Originations at ATEL Leasing Corporation, originating equipment leasing transactions for large companies in the US and Latin America. He now works on equipment leasing across ATEL platforms and oversees the firm's real estate acquisitions focused on triple-net commercial and industrial properties.

Mike Zwick focuses on originating fair-market-value (true) leases by working with equipment dealers, captives, banks and others, with over 25 years in the leasing industry. He has overseen more than $2 billion in true lease fundings, helped shape an IRS true lease ruling, and previously marketed transactions at Equilease Financial Services. He holds a finance and public accounting degree from New York University.

Paritosh (Pari) Choksi is COO of ATEL Capital Group, leading institutional fundraising and global expansion while overseeing ATEL Ventures and the group's finance, IT, and HR functions. He previously served as CFO of Wink Communications and held various roles including CFO during a 20-year tenure at Phoenix American Incorporated, and holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Patrick von Tscharner leads risk-related functions at ATEL, including credit analysis, due diligence, and portfolio risk management across ATEL Growth Capital and ATEL Leasing. He has 37 years of financing-industry experience, previously running his own advisory firm and holding senior roles at organizations such as Chase Manhattan Bank, GATX Capital, and Cisco Systems.

Phil Koblis is Chief Strategy Officer at ATEL Capital Group, where he leads long-term business and growth strategy and sits on the Investment Committee. He previously spent 28 years at Comerica Bank, including 15 years as an SVP in its Technology & Life Sciences venture debt lending division, and serves on the board of the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center.

Ray Rigo oversees accounting and financial reporting for ATEL's institutional and retail funds, having previously served as VP Controller and Director of Financial Reporting at ATEL. He earlier worked at Barclays Global Investors, Bay View Capital Corporation, PMI Mortgage Insurance Company, and ConAgra, and holds a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from Golden Gate University.

Stephanie Komsa works on institutional client relations for ATEL's private debt funds and leads institutional client growth strategies as well as media and marketing initiatives. She has over 15 years of experience across venture investing, fund operations, and investor relations, including as Head of Investor Relations and Operations at Quona Capital, and holds degrees from Johns Hopkins SAIS and Drew University.

Thomas Monroe leads ATEL's asset management department, overseeing residual valuation, due diligence, equipment inspections, and renewal/remarketing of the equipment portfolio; he joined as a portfolio manager after working at GE Capital's computer leasing division. He holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Senior Vice President at ATEL Leasing Corporation with over four decades of experience in equipment finance, business development, sales leadership, and capital markets. Previously spent fourteen years at BMO Equipment Finance as Managing Director and U.S. National Sales Manager, with earlier senior roles at PNC Bank, National City Bank, Charter One Bank, American Finance Group, and ATEL Capital Group.

Jim Robertson serves as Executive Vice President of Private Debt at ATEL Capital Group. He has 34 years of experience in the financial services industry spanning sales in asset management and fintech, marketing, product development, and client service. His work has included raising traditional and alternative assets across the institutional, intermediary, and high-net-worth markets, as well as involvement in the development of three products or platforms serving institutional and high-net-worth channels.

Brian Kang is Vice President, Institutional Client Relations at ATEL Capital Group, a role focused on investor relations for a private debt firm engaged in venture lending. He has more than 15 years of experience spanning VC/PE investing, fund structuring and governance, and capital formation, including co-raising a $40M first-time fund, supporting a global VC's growth from $150M to $530M in AUM, and executing cross-border PE/VC deals of $1-8M in emerging markets. After relocating to the Bay Area, he held leadership roles at AI startups, working on Series A fundraising for a climate-tech industrial monitoring platform and developing a VC-facing vertical at a SaaS company.

Managing Director and telecom-industry veteran who previously served as regional CEO at Highline Internet and CEO at USConnect Holdings, with experience in broadband grants and fiber network projects. Holds a BS from Marquette University.
