Investment thesis
Backbone Angels is a collective of ten women angel investors who came together after building teams and scaling one of the world's largest tech companies. Each member invests her own capital in startups aligned with her personal interests and criteria, with every decision rooted in a strong belief in the founding team and the problem being addressed. Founders may receive investment from one or all members, but backing from even a single angel grants access to the expertise of the entire collective. The group draws on years of experience at the forefront of a fast-paced technology industry, as well as their own experience as founders, to help companies scale.
