Vershina Capital backs late-seed and Series A startups that have a motivated founding team, a proven MVP, and strong unit economics, targeting scalable business models in the European and North American markets. It favours online education/EdTech, FoodTech (e-grocery) and e-commerce sectors. Beyond capital, the firm offers portfolio companies access to expert advisors, fundraising assistance and operational know-how to gain competitive advantage and grow valuation.
