Michael McGhee is Deputy Chairman and a Founding Partner of Global Infrastructure Partners, which he joined at its founding in 2006, and serves as a Senior Managing Director of BlackRock on its Global Executive Committee. He leads GIP's transport sector investment teams covering airports, ports and freight rail. Before GIP, he headed transportation and logistics groups at Credit Suisse (1998-2006) and BZW (1990-1998), and holds a B.A. in Government and Economics from the University of Manchester.

Rob Kapito is President and a Director of BlackRock, which he co-founded in 1988, and oversees the firm's key operating units including Investment Strategies, Client Businesses, Technology & Operations, and Risk & Quantitative Analysis. He previously headed BlackRock's Portfolio Management Group and, before founding the firm, was a Vice President in the Mortgage Products Group at The First Boston Corporation. He holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Philipp Hildebrand is Vice Chairman of BlackRock, which he joined in 2012, and serves on the firm's Global Executive Committee, focusing on major global client and government relationships. Before BlackRock, he was Chairman of the Governing Board of the Swiss National Bank, held roles at the BIS, IMF and Financial Stability Board, and earlier worked as a Chief Investment Officer at a Swiss private bank and as a partner at Moore Capital Management. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto, an MA from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, and a DPhil from the University of Oxford.

Alex Claringbull is Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Index Investments at BlackRock, where he oversees the firm's Index Equity, Index Fixed Income, Derivative and Digital Assets, and Transition Management businesses, and sits on the Global Executive Committee. He joined the firm in 1996, including time at Barclays Global Investors, which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Earlier roles included Global Head of Indexed Fixed Income, head of the EMEA Indexed Fixed Income team, and positions in the Indexed Asset Allocation and Transitions Services groups.

Alister Hibbert is CIO and Head of BlackRock's Strategic Equity Team within the Fundamental Equity division and a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee. He founded and serves as lead portfolio manager of the BlackRock Strategic Equity Hedge Fund Strategy and the BlackRock Global Unconstrained Equity Strategy, and was previously a senior member of BlackRock's European Equity Team. Before joining BlackRock in 2008, he worked at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Oechsle International, Invesco Perpetual, and Ernst & Young, and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.

Andrew Landman is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, serving as Deputy Head of Asia Pacific and Head of Asia Pacific Wealth, and is a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee. He previously held roles including Head of Australasia, Asia Pacific Head of Client Business, and Asia Pacific Head of BlackRock's Alternatives Specialist Group. Before BlackRock, he was CEO of Ascalon Capital Managers, Head of Investment Strategy at BT Financial Group, and CFO of Challenger Investment Management; he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle.

Benjamin Archibald is Deputy General Counsel at BlackRock, overseeing the legal teams supporting the firm's global asset management and technology businesses, and serves on its Global Executive Committee. He previously spent three years based in London as BlackRock's General Counsel for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, joined the firm in 2010, and earlier was General Counsel of a fund of hedge funds and worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He holds a law degree from McGill University, a B.A. from Concordia University, and an MSc from the London School of Economics.

Caroline Heller is the Global Head of Human Resources at BlackRock and a member of its Global Executive Committee, having previously led Talent & Business Partners at the firm. She joined BlackRock in 2021 after more than 20 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held several Human Capital Management leadership roles, and earlier worked in recruiting at Credit Suisse First Boston. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University.

Charles Hatami is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, where he leads the Financial & Strategic Investors Group, heads the Middle East business, co-leads the Global Partners Office, and sits on the firm's Global Executive Committee. Before joining BlackRock in 2010, he founded and was Managing Partner of Xeryus Capital Management, a London-based global macro hedge fund, and previously worked at Banco Itaú in Brazil and BNP Paribas in Germany. Christopher J. Meade is the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of BlackRock, where he sits on the Global Executive Committee and leads the Legal & Compliance group. He previously served as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Treasury and was a partner at WilmerHale, where he argued four cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. Earlier in his career he clerked for Justice John Paul Stevens and Judge Harry T. Edwards, and he holds an A.B. from Princeton and a J.D. from NYU Law School.

Jaime Magyera is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, where she leads the firm's U.S. Wealth Advisory business and its Retirement business, and serves on the Global Executive Committee. She previously held roles as Co-Head and Chief Operating Officer of USWA, led National Accounts for USWA, and headed Retirement Marketing, with a tenure dating to 2001 including time at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Joe DeVico is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, where he heads the Americas Client Business and sits on the firm's Global Executive Committee. Kunal Khara is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, serving as Global Head of Aladdin Product and a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee, where he oversees product vision and strategy for the Aladdin, eFront, and Preqin platforms. He previously held roles including Global Head of Financial Institutions for the Aladdin business, Global Head of Aladdin Platform & Product Services, and Head of the Americas for BlackRock's Financial Markets Advisory group, having joined BlackRock as an analyst in 2007. Nish Ajitsaria is Co-Head of Aladdin Product Engineering at BlackRock, a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee, and its Executive Sponsor for AI. Before rejoining BlackRock in 2024, he led engineering for Goldman Sachs Asset Management's public markets investing business, and during an earlier 20-year tenure at BlackRock he held roles including Global Head of Product & Engineering for Aladdin Wealth Tech. He holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Franklin & Marshall College.

Rachel Lord is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, serving as Head of International and a member of the Global Executive Committee, with responsibility for the firm's businesses across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific. She previously held roles as Head of Asia Pacific, Head of EMEA, and EMEA Head of iShares, and joined BlackRock in 2013 from Citigroup, where she was Global Head of Corporate Equity Derivatives after 13 years at Morgan Stanley. Stephen Cohen is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, serving as Chief Product Officer and Head of Global Product Solutions, a role he took on in January 2024, and sits on the firm's Global Executive Committee. Sudhir Nair is Global Head of Aladdin, BlackRock's technology platform, and a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee, where he oversees the commercial, product, and engineering teams behind Aladdin. He joined BlackRock in 2000 as an analyst supporting Aladdin's portfolio analytics and later led the acquisitions of eFront (2019) and Preqin (2025) to expand the platform into private markets. He holds a BS in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College.

Susan Chan is Head of Asia Pacific at BlackRock and a member of the firm's Global Executive Committee, responsible for the region's business, client, investment and operational platforms. She joined BlackRock in Hong Kong in 2013 and previously held roles including Deputy Head of Asia Pacific, Head of Greater China, and Head of ETFs and Index Investing. Before BlackRock, she worked at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital in Hong Kong, and she is a graduate of Boston University.

Tarek Chouman is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, where he serves as Global Head of Aladdin Client Business and sits on the firm's Global Executive Committee, overseeing Aladdin's client strategy, business development, and commercial execution. He previously led business development for the Aladdin Business and was CEO of eFront, which he was part of from its early inception across roles in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and APAC before its acquisition by BlackRock.
