Michael McGhee is Deputy Chairman and a Founding Partner of Global Infrastructure Partners, which he joined at its founding in 2006, and serves as a Senior Managing Director of BlackRock on its Global Executive Committee. He leads GIP's transport sector investment teams covering airports, ports and freight rail. Before GIP, he headed transportation and logistics groups at Credit Suisse (1998-2006) and BZW (1990-1998), and holds a B.A. in Government and Economics from the University of Manchester.

Rob Kapito is President and a Director of BlackRock, which he co-founded in 1988, and oversees the firm's key operating units including Investment Strategies, Client Businesses, Technology & Operations, and Risk & Quantitative Analysis. David Leavitt is General Counsel and Head of Strategy at ElmTree Funds, a private equity real estate firm that has executed more than $20 billion of commercial real estate assets. He has over 14 years of experience in fund management and began his career as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, later serving as a partner and national leader of PwC's real estate tax practice. Leavitt holds a Bachelor of Arts from New School University, a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Shannon Nelson is a Limited Partner at Symphonic Capital and previously served as Senior Investment Stewardship leader at BlackRock, where he led North American stewardship coverage representing approximately $2.5 trillion in public-equity client exposure across technology, consumer, and communications sectors. His career spans public markets, central banking, and institutional sales, including roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York supporting monetary policy analysis and securities lending operations, as well as advisory work with multinational corporate and public pension plans on investment strategy. His focus areas include governance quality, management incentives, leadership development, and how boards and management navigate technological change and regulatory environments.

Rachel Lord is a Senior Managing Director at BlackRock, serving as Head of International and a member of the Global Executive Committee, with responsibility for the firm's businesses across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific. She previously held roles as Head of Asia Pacific, Head of EMEA, and EMEA Head of iShares, and joined BlackRock in 2013 from Citigroup, where she was Global Head of Corporate Equity Derivatives after 13 years at Morgan Stanley. Rick Rieder is Chief Investment Officer of Global Fixed Income at BlackRock, where he also serves as Head of the Fundamental Fixed Income business and Head of the Global Allocation Investment Team, with responsibility for approximately $2.7 trillion in assets.
