Investment thesis

Invus combines the long time horizon and personal attention of a family office with the capabilities of a multi-strategy firm. Anchored by a continuous capital structure funded by Artal since 1985, it invests without predetermined exit timelines, allowing it to support companies from early stages through public-company status. The private equity team makes a handful of transformational investments each year as sole or lead partner, holding minority or majority stakes. The public equity team runs a concentrated long-only portfolio with multi-year holds. Invus Opportunities invests globally in private technology businesses across fintech, marketplaces, healthcare, AI/software, and other tech-enabled sectors. The firm emphasizes alignment, avoiding transaction and monitoring fees.
