Darly joined NXTP in 2018 and previously worked at Warburg Pincus covering growth technology investments and J.P. Morgan covering fintech and payments M&A. Federico was a founding team member at Auth0, serving as Head of Marketing & Analytics for four years before its $6.5B acquisition in 2021, and previously led growth at Decentraland. He worked at MercadoLibre earlier in his career.

Pablo previously served as Head of Latin America at Picus Capital and founded Neta, a B2B platform he scaled to over $10M in revenue. He worked as a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group and holds an MBA from Stanford University.

Accounting and Finance Analyst at NXTP Ventures who joined in 2019, responsible for general accounting, fund administration, and financial operations.

Chief Financial Officer at NXTP. Eduardo spent nearly 20 years at BankBoston managing financial risks and became CEO of 1784 Mutual Funds, growing it to the second most profitable business for BankBoston in Argentina with over $1 billion in assets. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a master's degree in finance and a PDD from IAE Business School.

Investment Associate at NXTP who supports sourcing and diligencing new investments while contributing to portfolio value creation initiatives. Lorena previously worked at investment firms including BTG Pactual, SoftBank, and Patria Investments, the largest private equity firm in Latin America. She holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP.

Analyst at NXTP who helps with sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities while supporting portfolio company initiatives. Maria Clara previously worked in investment banking at Seneca Evercore focusing on M&A transactions and has experience in asset management and healthcare. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania with a minor in Psychology.

Pedro previously worked as a Corporate Development Analyst at Mevo, a Series B healthtech company, and as an M&A Analyst at EP Capital. He holds a degree in Economics from Insper.

Stephanie leads Talent & Portfolio Partnership at NXTP, supporting the fund and portfolio companies in attracting and recruiting senior leadership. She spent five years at Nubank as Global Executive Search Lead Recruiter and has held roles at leading executive search firms including PageGroup, Spencer Stuart, and others.

Legal counsel at NXTP. Verónica worked at prominent law firms in Buenos Aires including Wiener Soto Caparros and PwC as a Senior Attorney. She holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a master's degree in law and economics from Torcuato Di Tella University.
