Alexander Schmitz is a Partner at Endeavour Vision, where he leads investments in healthcare technologies across multiple therapeutic areas. He has over two decades of business and strategy experience in medical device and high-growth companies, including nine years at Biosensors International Group as vice president of business development, and earlier roles at LogiSpring Ventures, MicroStrategy, and McKinsey & Co. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSFS in economics from Georgetown University.

Fernando Pacheco is a Partner at Endeavour Vision investing in medical technology, digital health and diagnostics, with emphasis on orthopaedics, robotics, dental, ophthalmology, ENT and GI. He previously worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and led development of orthopaedic trauma solutions at Stryker Orthopaedics R&D in Switzerland. He holds an MEng in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and ETH Zürich.

Stuart Manning is Partner and Director of Finance at Endeavour Vision, which he joined in 2015 and where he became Partner in 2020. He oversees the firm's financial, reporting, legal, and fiscal operations, contributes to deal structuring and legal due diligence, and manages portfolio construction and allocations. Before Endeavour, he worked at KPMG Ireland in its Financial Services and Corporate Finance groups and began his career at the Central Bank of Ireland; he is ACA qualified and holds an LLB in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick.

Bernard Vogel is co-founder and Director of Endeavour Vision, focusing on healthcare and technology investing. Before co-founding the firm in 2000, he worked at McKinsey & Co on corporate and business strategy, sales and marketing, and restructuring across industries including banking, transportation-logistics, biotech, electronics, power generation, and automotive in several countries. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MEng in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, and an MSc in Manufacturing Systems from Brunel University London.
