Maor Investments

Eric Elalouf founded Maor Investments in 2017, where he oversees portfolio selection and value creation across the firm's portfolio companies. Before that, he spent a decade as a tech and financial entrepreneur in Europe with experience in equity capital markets and software. He began his career in 1998 as a sell-side financial analyst, working at Warburg, CSFB, and Deutsche Bank in Paris and London, and was an affiliated professor teaching financial analysis at Dauphine University in Paris from 2001 to 2015.

Esther Mimran joined Maor Investments in 2022 as a financial controller in the finance department. She began her career in audit in Andorra, then spent eight years at Saint-Gobain in Paris as a commercial management controller, and later worked as a financial controller at the Heineken group. She speaks Spanish, French, Hebrew and English.

Harry Brody works at Maor Investments in technology and investing. He previously served as an Associate at Colliers International, a global commercial real estate services company, where he worked on large-scale transactions for real estate funds and corporations. Originally from Western Canada, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.

Ido Hart has over 14 years of experience across finance and technology. He previously worked as a Manager in KPMG's local Transaction Services team, leading buy-side due diligence for private equity and corporate investors and advising software companies on transitioning to SaaS models, and earlier held roles in the cybersecurity industry after beginning his career as an officer in an intelligence technology unit. He holds an MBA and a BA in Accounting and Economics, both from Tel Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ilai Pines works at Maor Investments, drawing on a background in analysis, legal, and finance. He previously served as an articled clerk in the hi-tech team of an Israeli law firm, working on VC rounds, M&As, and startup advisory, and held analyst roles at several Israeli advisory firms. He also served as an officer in an intelligence technology unit and holds an LL.B in law and accounting (magna cum laude) and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, with an exchange period at UCLA.

Noémie Oiknine has a background in investments and corporate finance. She previously worked as an analyst at Rothschild & Co in Paris, advising companies on financial matters and ESG ratings, and earlier held private equity analyst roles at Eurazeo and Capza, where she took part in equity and debt investment processes across various sectors. She holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Paris Dauphine University.

Ofek Peretz supports Maor's team with a background in business consulting, valuation analysis, and accounting. He previously worked as a senior consultant in the Valuation & Strategic Advisory department of PwC Israel, where he conducted economic valuations, advised on business plans, and worked on financial and operational risk assessments. He is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a BA in Accounting & Economics from Rupin Academic Center (cum laude), and earned an MBA focused on Fintech and Private Equity from Tel Aviv University.

Philippe Guez founded Maor Investments in 2017. He previously spent 10 years as Executive Vice Chairman of Rothschild & Co in Israel, and earlier held Managing Director roles at Deutsche Bank, including Head of Global Banking in France and Head of Equity Sales in Continental Europe. He graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Sandrine Betito has over 20 years of experience in team and office management and HR. She previously worked as Sales Team Manager at Inglot Cosmetics and as a Team Manager at Air France. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Social Sciences.
