He has more than 10 years of experience investing in Latin American startups, beginning as an angel investor in companies including Fintual, Clara, Aplazo, Nexu, Baubap, and Yotepresto, and operates a syndicate on AngelList. He also hosts Fundadores, a Spanish-language podcast on startups and entrepreneurship.

Matt Autrey focuses on leveraged buyouts and growth capital investments in the small to mid-market at Adams Street Partners, handling investment origination, due diligence, negotiations, monitoring, and relationship management. Saguna Malhotra oversees Adams Street's global buyout fund portfolio, coordinating manager selection and sector thematic research, and manages relationships with several of the firm's fund managers. Brijesh Jeevarathnam is Partner and Global Head of Fund Investments at Adams Street Partners. He brings more than seventeen years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and investment management, including prior roles in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Co. and mergers and acquisitions at GE Capital. His expertise spans deal sourcing and structuring, due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition portfolio company operations.
