JLL Spark Global Ventures

Danny Klein is a Growth Partner at JLL Spark, where he works to apply emerging technologies to enhance JLL's service offerings and operational efficiency across its business lines. He previously led global scouting and ecosystem development for Verizon's real estate technology group and spent ten years in venture capital focused on seed, early-stage, and lower-middle-market companies. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a B.Com in Finance from McGill University.

Laurent Grill is a former entrepreneur who joined JLL Spark as a Partner in April 2021, where he focuses on strategic PropTech investments. Before venture capital, he founded and helped grow several startups, including the tech-enabled corporate catering company Eat Club and the mobile health and wellness company Zeel. He holds a B.A. in International Relations and Occupational Science from the University of Southern California.

Raj Singh is managing partner of JLL Spark, the corporate venture capital group of JLL focused on PropTech investments. He was previously interim co-head and managing director of investments at JetBlue Technology Ventures, CEO and co-founder of London-based Sooqini, and co-founder of Geneva-based consulting work and Pervasive Technology Ventures, as well as a principal at Investcorp's New York VC arm and a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and IBM. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.S. in computing science from Imperial College London.

Ajey Kaushal is an investment principal at JLL Spark, where he invests in and helps scale early-stage built world startups. He previously worked in strategy, tech investing, commercial real estate, and management consulting, most recently as Chief of Staff at Anderson Holdings and earlier as an investment associate at PLG Ventures. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Arnaud Bouzinac is a Growth Principal covering Continental Europe who has worked in real estate since 2008 in sales and business development roles. He spent four years in residential development in Dubai before returning to Paris in 2013 and later joining the MIPIM market team at RX Global Group, where he built out the "Innovation and Proptech" segment and launched the Propel event series. At JLL Spark, he focuses on integrating portfolio company solutions into JLL's service delivery and commercial offerings.

Carolyn Trickett is a Growth Principal at JLL Spark, covering the Asia Pacific region, where she manages strategic relationships with portfolio companies and external partners to support growth and co-development opportunities. Before joining Spark, she led JLL's Property & Asset Management Business Technology team for 12 years, initially in Australia and later across Asia-Pacific, delivering a program to digitize day-to-day operational functions. She has a background in delivering technology and business solutions across multiple industries.

Daniel Correa is a Growth Principal at JLL Spark, where he supports portfolio companies with go-to-market strategies and connections to the firm's strategic partners. Before joining Spark, he held growth and development roles at real estate startups including Compass, Eataly, and Convene. He earned a B.A. in design and environmental analysis from Cornell University, with minors in real estate and French.

Sean Wright is an investment principal at JLL Spark covering the EMEA region. He previously held managing director roles at Stanley Ventures and Check24 Ventures, founded the investment firm Carden Capital, and worked at Allianz Capital Partners on leveraged buyouts and mezzanine debt in Western Europe, having started his career as an investment banking analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, a Master's in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and degrees from Pepperdine University.

Christine Chao leads marketing and communications for JLL Spark, developing and executing media strategy for the global venture fund and coordinating with JLL and JLL Technologies corporate communications teams. She previously served as communications lead for BakerHughesC3.ai, a joint venture focused on industrial AI and machine learning, and earlier managed marketing programs for technology and consulting firms. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Erlinda Arriola is a Senior Investment Associate at JLL Spark, focusing on sourcing and investing in early-stage global proptech startups. She previously was a Director at Fitch Ventures, backing capital markets startups in institutional credit, climate, AI, cybersecurity, and risk intelligence, and held a VP role in Corporate Development and Strategic Investments at Synchrony and GE Capital handling acquisitions, minority investments, divestitures, and joint ventures in payments and e-commerce. She also served as a Scout at HearstLab and holds an MBA specializing in Asset Management from Yale School of Management.

Sonia El-Sherif is Chief of Staff at JLL Spark, where she tracks business metrics for JLLT leadership and works on operational efficiency and long-term planning. She previously worked at JLL focusing on tenant representation, including lease and sale negotiations, market analysis, and portfolio optimization, and earlier held a sales role at WBT covering the industrial, construction, and data center markets.
