Peter Horsburgh was a Partner and Chairman of ETF Partners until March 2020. He previously held executive roles at PaineWebber Intl. (UK) Ltd, NatWest Markets, and the Matrix Corporation, and earlier served as CEO (General Secretary) of The Landmark Trust and as a cavalry officer in the British Army. He is a graduate of Trinity College, Oxford (PPE) and serves as trustee or chairman to several environmental organisations.

Fabrice Bienfait invests in companies and entrepreneurs focused on environmental sustainability. He previously worked in Goldman Sachs' M&A advisory group covering general industrials and natural resources, and before that was a management consultant at ICF International specializing in transportation and aerospace. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO.

Lucy Rands works on new deals and with portfolio companies at ETF Partners, representing the firm on the boards of Fairly Made and Cloud&Heat. She holds a master's degree in Materials Science from Oxford University and focuses on working with impact-driven entrepreneurs. She also advocates for diversity in cleantech both within and outside the firm.

Remy de Tonnac spent ten years as CEO of Inside Secure, taking the company public on Euronext Paris in 2012. Earlier he was a Venture Partner at Vertex Venture Capital and in 1988 co-founded Gemplus (later Gemalto, acquired by Thales), which listed on NASDAQ in 2000. He holds a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lille and a degree in Economics from Lille University in France.

Rob Genieser previously spent eight years as Managing Partner for Vertex in Europe, a Temasek subsidiary, where he oversaw investments in technology companies. Earlier in his career he was a Managing Director at JP Morgan in Europe and at Hambrecht & Quist in Silicon Valley. He holds degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Business School and also studied at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.

Tomer Strikovsky is a Partner at ETF Partners, where he has worked since 2016. He focuses on frontier technology and mission-driven founders.

Partner at Cue Ball with a long investing track record across asset classes. Spent over 20 years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, most recently as Managing Director and Global Head of Investments overseeing over $400B in client assets.

Kajsa Hammar previously worked at Investec in London, completing the graduate programme before joining the Financial Institutions team. Originally from Sweden, she covers the Nordics. She holds an MA (Hons.) in Management from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.

Claudio Simao serves as CEO and President of Hexagon Asia Pacific and Hexagon South America, and as Group CTO and CEO Advisor at Hexagon AB, where he has overseen the organization's growth from early stages to a $4.8 billion enterprise. He founded and developed five startups across multiple sectors that achieved combined revenue of $460 million with an average EBIT margin of 26%. With more than 28 years of experience, Simao brings expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation, P&L management, and operations across manufacturing, energy, mining, defense, and other industrial sectors.

Hitoshi Yoshida has spent over 25 years in senior management roles at IT companies. He is the former President of Microsoft Japan and Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Inc., and previously served as President of Hewlett-Packard Japan, Managing Director for North Asia and President of SAS Institute Japan, President of Novell Japan, and President of Cambridge Technology Partners Japan, with earlier international business development work at ITOCHU Corporation. He is currently CEO of ixi corporation, a Value Accelerator Advisor for Goldman Sachs, and Advisor to the CEO for Focal Point, Inc., and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MSc in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a BSc in Computer Science and Music from Tufts University.

Mikko Suonenlahti is a long-time technology investor who has served on roughly 100 company boards across 10 countries, mainly in Finland and the United States. As a lead investor he has backed 20 businesses, with a track record that includes two Nasdaq US IPOs and multiple high-return exits. He focuses on strategy, finance, and corporate governance, and in 1996 helped raise some of Finland's first venture capital funds, including an early environmental technology fund.

Aleksandra Lament oversees investor relations, sustainability, and general fund operations at ETF Partners. She previously spent two years as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at a tech software start-up. She holds a degree in Serbian Philology and Translation from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland.

Alice Chan focuses on impact and sustainability investing, with prior experience in carbon trading at HKEX, forestry investment at Dura Vermeer, and ESG consulting at EY. She holds a BSc in Environmental Management and Technology from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and an MSc in Climate Change Management and Finance from Imperial College London. She co-founded NESS, a climate-focused organization in Hong Kong.

Andrew Hoyland previously spent three years as an Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team at a private equity secondaries firm, focusing on portfolio monitoring, data analysis and operations. He holds a master's degree in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews, where his placement year involved work on hydrogen fuel cells in Trondheim, Norway.

Chrissy Sheehan has over six years of media experience, including work at the BBC in the UK and Hunan TV in China, with a background in the arts and broadcasting industry. She moved to the UK in 2020 and is completing an MSc in Strategic Management of Projects at University College London. She is fluent in Mandarin and English and is learning German.

Courtney Glymph has more than 15 years of experience in PR and communications across in-house and agency roles in the US and UK, including work with corporations such as CA Technologies, Automic Software, and PwC, as well as startups and venture capital firms. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College (2006) and a Master's in Cultural and Creative Industries from Kings College London (2010).

Desiree Francois previously spent two years as an Executive Assistant at Brevan Howard Asset Management. She holds a degree in International Trade and Logistics from Spain and speaks Spanish.

Léna Sanvoisin joined ETF Partners in February 2023, where she works with the firm's portfolio companies. She previously worked as a managing accountant at Orano and is a graduate of the Programme Grande Ecole at Emlyon Business School. She also volunteers with Shifter, supporting the work of the French think tank The Shift Project on decarbonising the economy.

Sophie Lemarchand is an investment analyst at ETF Partners, where she joined as an intern in 2024 and became a full-time analyst in 2025. Earlier in her career she consulted for sustainable luxury brand Patou, worked in a tech role at Accenture in Belgium, and interned at Impact Partners, a social investment fund in France. She holds a master's in management and a law degree, and focuses on sustainability and technology.

Handles investor relations at ETF Partners and represented the firm at Invest Europe's inaugural Impact Gathering in London, presenting the firm's impact-carry methodology.

Alejandro Diaz Horstmann joined ETF Partners after roles in private debt at Teylor, acquisitions at Arbio, and international trade at Kaufland. He grew up across seven countries in Europe, Asia, and America, and holds a degree from the University of St. Gallen.

Zoë VanderWolk studied statistics and Mandarin Chinese before working as a corporate lawyer in the Environmental Finance group at Baker & McKenzie LLP in London. In 2013 she co-founded Accessible Clean Energy LLP, a listed fund investing across the clean energy value chain. She holds a BA from Harvard College (2005) and an LLB (Distinction) from the College of Law, London (2008).

Crispin Leick is Managing Director at EnBW New Ventures GmbH, where he leads a corporate venture capital fund investing in early-stage companies in the digital and sustainable energy sectors. He brings over 15 years of venture capital and energy industry experience, including previous roles at WINGAS, RWE Innogy, and REpower Systems, as well as founding Innogy Venture Capital, which completed 40 transactions across 12 portfolio companies. At EnBW New Ventures, his team has executed more than 65 transactions into 20 startups and 3 VC funds, with 5 realized exits.
