Sunil Theckath Vasudevan co-founded Amicus Capital Partners. He was previously a co-founding General Partner at TrueNorth (formerly India Value Fund), where he spent over fourteen years and helped raise and invest $1.2 billion across four funds, and earlier spent seven years on the investment team at ICICI Venture Funds, managing the Structured Products Fund. He began his career as an engineer at Larsen & Toubro on petrochemical and power projects, and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Kerala and a management post-graduate degree from IIM Bangalore.

Abhijeeth Naik leads the Finance and Administration function at Amicus Capital. He previously served as CFO of Zivame.com for three years, where he handled a Series C fundraise, and earlier worked as Global Financial Controller at ISG Novasoft Technologies, in finance/HR/IT roles at Fossil India, at Ocwen Financial, and in the audit team at RSM (a PwC member firm). He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), completed the Executive Programme in Applied Finance from IIM Kolkata, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madurai Kamraj University.

Ajith Nair has been with Amicus Capital since its inception. He previously spent eight years at Peepul Capital working on control investments and buy-out deals across the consumer, healthcare, and logistics sectors, and earlier served as an equity research analyst at Clear Capital. His prior experience also includes roles at PepsiCo in sales and distribution and at Federal Bank. He holds a post-graduate management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Bachelor's in Agriculture from Kerala Agricultural University, and has completed all three levels of the CFA Program.

Avishek Addy has been with Amicus Capital since its inception. He previously worked on India business development at Astro Malaysia, at Faering Capital on deals across consumer & retail, business services, and healthcare, in EY's investment banking team for four years, and in the finance team of ONGC Ltd. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a post-graduate management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Meghna Talati leads ESG initiatives at Amicus Capital and works with its portfolio companies on their ESG goals. She joined the firm in 2022 after more than seven years at ERM India covering ESG and sustainability advisory, environmental due diligence, and health and safety audits, and previously spent two years as an Associate at ENVIRON International Corporation in the USA. She holds a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology.

Mrigank Agarwal is a Vice President at Amicus Capital. He previously worked on the investment team at Avaana Capital, handling deal evaluation, negotiation, and portfolio monitoring, and spent seven years at Dvara Trust Group (formerly IFMR Trust Group), where he raised and deployed capital, monitored portfolio companies, and worked on corporate strategy. He holds a B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Calcutta and an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

A A Raju manages finance and accounting, statutory compliance, and taxation at Amicus Capital. He previously spent three years at Pierian Services handling finance, accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting for multiple clients, and earlier worked in finance at Data Tracks Services and in internal audit at Profaids Consulting Services. He is a Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA) from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Berhampur University, Odisha.

Adhiraj Singh is a Senior Associate at Amicus Capital Partners. Before joining the firm, he worked on the life sciences investment team at Motilal Oswal Private Equity, handling deal evaluation, financial analysis, and portfolio management, and earlier interned at JP Morgan India. He holds a post-graduate management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor's in Mathematics & Economics from McGill University in Canada.

Angela Sebastian is a Senior Associate at Amicus Capital. She previously worked on the investment team at Aavishkaar Capital, covering deal sourcing, evaluation, financial analysis, and portfolio management across the BFSI, agriculture, and health sectors, and earlier held roles at Karza Technologies (Strategy & New Initiatives), Yes Securities (Equity Capital Markets), and Zonnet (Finance & Strategy). She is a Chartered Accountant with a postgraduate management qualification from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics.

Apurva Purohit is the co-founder of Aazol, an FMCG company in the consumer food space that uses technology to link agri-producers and micro-entrepreneurs making home-grown foods with urban consumers in domestic and international markets. She previously served as President of the Jagran Group, overseeing its print, radio, digital, and outdoor businesses, and spent about a decade as CEO of the Radio City FM network. Earlier in her career she worked at Bennett Coleman & Company, Zee Telefilms (where she handled Zee TV's re-launch and launched the Zoom channel), and founded the media buying agency Lodestar in 1995. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore.

Dr. Azad Moopen is a physician who became an entrepreneur and philanthropist, and is the Founder and Chairman of Aster DM Healthcare, a major hospital chain in the GCC countries and India. He began his career as a medical lecturer at Kozhikode Government Medical College before establishing healthcare operations in Dubai under the Aster, Medcare, and Access brands. He founded the DM WIMS medical college and the MIMS Academy Trust, and holds an MBBS and postgraduate qualification in general medicine from the University of Calicut plus a diploma in tuberculosis and chest diseases from Delhi University.

Hemal Patel is a serial entrepreneur and technology executive with experience building technology companies and running internet service providers in the United States, Puerto Rico, and India. He founded and built companies including Cyberoam (a unified threat management firm acquired by Sophos in 2014) and Elitecore Technologies (a telecom billing software company sold to Sterlite in 2015), and his earliest venture, Eclipse Micro Computer, managed IT infrastructure projects for US firms. He most recently served as Senior Vice President at Sophos, and holds an engineering degree from India, a Master's in Computer Science from the US, and an advanced project management credential from Stanford University.

Louise Weightman has more than 20 years of experience in administrative and executive assistant roles, having previously worked in the manufacturing, travel, and software industries. At Amicus Capital, she handles administrative functions including travel, accommodation, vendor management, and contract administration, and organizes the firm's annual events, conferences, and seminars. She holds a diploma in Teacher Training and a diploma in Travel Management from IATA.

Mansi Khandelwal manages finance, fund administration, and reporting at Amicus Capital. She previously worked on fund administration at A91 Partners' GIFT city office, was an Investment Associate at IIFL Management Services Private Ltd, and served as Assistant Manager of Finance & Accounts at Intertrust – CSC Group. She is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce from DAVV University, Indore.

Peter Keenoy has over 30 years of experience in credit, valuation, and private equity. He is a Principal on the Investment Committee of Kilimanjaro Advisors LLC, Co-Manager of the US-based financial advisory firm Impala Partners LLC, and a board director at Indian private equity firm True North. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of GE Capital's corporate lending business, where he managed an $11 billion portfolio and led the LBO Workout Group, and he previously spent four years at Arthur Andersen. He holds a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Susan Samuel is responsible for compliance at Amicus Capital and its portfolio companies. She previously worked in the Legal & Compliance team at Medi Assist Group, where she was involved in the company's IPO process, and earlier served in the Secretarial team at Subex Limited. She is a Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holds a Master of Business Laws from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in commerce from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore.

Suyash Sharma is an Associate at Amicus Capital Partners. Before joining the firm, he worked in the Investment Banking team at Arpwood Capital, handling transactions across the technology, media, and consumer sectors, and previously interned at Spark Capital Advisors and Capital Float Financial Services. He holds a dual degree in Civil and Financial Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
