Greg Martin is Founder and Managing Director of Archer Capital Group, having previously spent 11 years as a partner at Redpoint Ventures and serving as CEO of True(X) Media. He is co-founder and Chairman of BetheBeast, co-founder and Vice-Chairman of Nurocor Software, and founder of Liquid Stock, LP, a liquidity solution for private shareholders. He also co-owns Rainmaker Securities and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and studied at the UCLA Anderson School of Business as a Carter Scholar.

John Hadl is a Managing Director at Archer Capital Group who was previously at US Venture Partners. Before USVP, he founded and led Brand in Hand, which was acquired by FRWD in 2010, and earlier worked as an associate at law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from the University of California at Irvine.

Ryan Fraser is a Partner focused on sourcing, executing, and managing secondary investment opportunities, with over ten years in secondary investing. He was previously a Vice President at North Sky Capital's impact secondaries team, working on transactions in the edtech, agtech, and healthcare sectors, and earlier held an investment role at SightLine Partners making secondary direct investments in venture-backed healthcare companies. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and a BA from Michigan State University.

Walter Delph is a Venture Partner at Archer Venture Capital with over 25 years of experience across digital business, including augmented reality, social media, ecommerce, advertising, video, and financial technology. He previously served as Chief Business Officer at Magic Leap and co-founded BCG Digital Ventures, where he co-led its North American business and launched or invested in over 50 products and businesses. His earlier roles include CEO of Adly and executive positions at Twentieth Century Fox, Verizon, Time Warner, Bertelsmann, and Goldman Sachs. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard University.

Adam Gerber is a Scout at Archer Venture Capital with over 30 years of experience across advertising agencies, AdTech, and media companies. He joined Media.net in May 2026 to lead strategy and go-to-market efforts, and previously held roles including Sr. Director of Global Ads Commercialization at Netflix, Executive Director of US Investment Strategy at GroupM, and SVP roles at ABC/Disney and Quantcast. He holds a B.S. in Journalism and a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.

Amy Yury Stickler is an executive on Google's Global Strategic Initiatives team, where she works with the AI & Cloud team and the broader Alphabet organization on partnerships aimed at growing Google Cloud. She has more than 25 years of experience in technology and leadership, including cross-functional work across Alphabet units such as Google DeepMind, Research, YouTube, Play, and Ads. She serves as a venture advisor at Archer Capital Group and is an LP with the Tidal River angel investor group.

Anand Subramanian is a Venture Scout at Archer Venture Capital with over 25 years of experience investing in and advising growth and later-stage technology companies. He previously co-led the capital solutions and growth/structured equity principal investment business at Macquarie Capital, and earlier built out the Private Capital Markets businesses at Qatalyst Partners and Morgan Stanley. He is currently a managing partner at SIZE Capital and holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Andy Perille joined Archer Capital Group as a Vice President in 2025, where he handles sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities. He has over a decade of tech experience, including more than five years in secondary investing, previously serving as a Principal at Liquid Stock LP, where he led structured secondary investments in enterprise SaaS, fintech, and consumer internet businesses. Earlier in his career he held finance and strategy roles at ZipRecruiter and Penske Media Corporation. He holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Ethelbert Williams is a Scout at Archer Venture Capital with over 20 years of commercial leadership experience across DTC ecommerce, marketplaces, and omnichannel retail. He currently serves as Head of Marketing, Retail Media Search & DTC Performance at PepsiCo, and previously led ecommerce at Johnson & Johnson Consumer and built the ecommerce organization at The Boston Beer Company, with earlier roles at Kimberly-Clark, Procter & Gamble, and Unilever. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, where he is an Adjunct Lecturer.

Jack Muehlheuser is a Vice President at Archer, where he handles sourcing, diligence, and execution of new secondary investment opportunities, with six years of experience in secondary investing. He previously was a Senior Associate at W Capital Partners in New York, focusing on enterprise SaaS, vertical software, and business services, and began his career as an investment banking analyst at Barclays covering the Power & Utilities sector. He holds a BS from Georgetown University, where he swam on the Division I men's team.

Jennifer Prince is a Scout at Archer Venture Capital with over 25 years of experience in digital advertising, content, and partnerships. She is currently Chief Commercial Officer of the Los Angeles Rams, overseeing partnerships and the commercialization of the team's media business. Her prior roles include over 8 years at Twitter leading content and media/entertainment partnerships, Head of Industry for Film & Television at Google, and SVP of Advertising at Demand Media; she holds a BA in Communications from UC Santa Barbara.

Josh Roth is a Scout at Archer Venture Capital with a background spanning technology and operations. He spent nine years at Amazon as a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Ring, and previously served as CTO at SoCal companies including OneStop, The NTI Group (acquired by Blackboard), Rent.com (acquired by eBay), and US Interactive. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA.

Lou Paskalis is CEO and founder of AJL Advisory, a consultancy that helps marketers refine their business narrative and helps tech companies understand marketers' needs. He also serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Ad Fontes Media, a public benefit company focused on advertising in quality news journalism. Earlier, he was President and COO of MMAGlobal and spent three decades in client-side leadership roles at Bank of America, American Express, and E. & J. Gallo.

Raymond Che is a Research Associate at Archer, where he tracks emerging sector and technology trends. He started his venture career as a VC analyst working in early-stage biotech and life sciences. He earned an MBA from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech and an MS in Molecular Biosciences & Bioengineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Taylor Hoing has more than twelve years of accounting experience in the alternative investment industry, concentrating on financial reporting, tax compliance, and operations for investment fund vehicles. Before Archer, he was a director at Standish Management, LLC, serving as an outsourced CFO and overseeing fund administration teams for venture capital and private equity clients, and earlier worked as a senior tax accountant in the financial services groups at Rothstein Kass and Andersen Tax. He holds a BA in Business Administration with emphases in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington and is an inactive CPA and AICPA member.
