Craig Milius joined Brentwood Associates in 2017 and focuses on technology and business services, having worked in growth private equity since 1997 across enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled companies. He previously was a General Partner at Austin Ventures, where he co-led the growth equity practice, and held roles at Primus Capital and Salomon Brothers. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Eric Reiter is a Partner at Brentwood Associates, which he joined in 1999. He previously worked as an Associate at Red Chalk Group, a strategy consulting firm, advising clients on investment diligence, value-creation, and growth strategy across software and technology markets. Chris Reekie joined Brentwood Associates in 2007 and focuses on technology-enabled business services, having previously worked on the firm's consumer services investments. Drew Nations joined Brentwood Associates in 2022 as an operating executive focused on cybersecurity and IT, with 15 years of experience in secure technology architectures, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. He works with Brentwood's portfolio companies on their cybersecurity and compliance programs and supports the investment team with technical diligence. Before Brentwood he was Executive Director for cybersecurity programs at Avint, and much of his prior work involved government initiatives including the US Navy and the Department of Homeland Security.

James Hays joined Brentwood Associates in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. He previously held the CFO and CCO roles at St. Cloud Capital, LLC and worked in the audit and assurance practices at Rothstein Kass (acquired by KPMG) and Meloni Hribal Tratner. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Jay Sung joined Brentwood Associates in 2017 as an operating partner focused on marketing. He previously served as President, North America for The Proactiv Company and as Chief Marketing Officer at Guthy-Renker, and has held President and CMO roles across consumer products, financial services, insurance, online advertising, subscriptions, and wine. He specializes in direct marketing, e-commerce, and multi-channel customer acquisition and retention, and holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Joey Tang joined Brentwood Associates in 2025 and works on corporate development for Hissho Sushi and Excelligence. Before Brentwood, he was an Investment Banking Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Oppenheimer & Co., covering technology, healthcare, consumer, financial institutions, and rental services clients. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jonathan Berkowitz joined Brentwood Associates in December 2018 and works in a product leadership role across the firm's technology portfolio, currently serving as CEO of Service Management Group. Before Brentwood, he spent over 15 years within the Trilogy family of companies, most recently as Chief Product Officer of Aurea, and previously was CEO of early-stage venture firm Thinktiv and Chief Product Officer of B-Side Entertainment. He has more than 25 years of experience as a product operator across enterprise and consumer technology businesses.

Katherine Mossman joined Brentwood Associates in 2019 as an Operating Advisor and serves as Director of Pacifica while supporting corporate development at Hims & Hers and L-Nutra and the firm's Beauty & Wellness business development. She has over 20 years of experience in Beauty & Wellness across operating and investing roles, previously advising Ares Management and NextWorld Evergreen, working on Strategy & Business Development for Revlon at MacAndrews & Forbes, and doing consumer/retail M&A at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. She holds a bachelor's degree in Government from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kevin Currier joined Brentwood Associates in 2025 and works on corporate development for portfolio companies Blaze Pizza, Chicken Salad Chick, and Pacifica Beauty. Naomi Fulcher joined Brentwood Associates in April 2023 as an Executive Assistant. Before Brentwood, she worked across investment management, consulting, healthcare, and operations, supporting senior leaders at firms including Empyrean Capital Partners, Causeway Capital Management, and MP Business Adviser in administrative and operational roles. Randy Brown joined Brentwood in 2005 as an Operating Partner and was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Array Marketing Group. Before Brentwood, he spent 21 years with GE and GE Capital in various financial leadership roles, including CFO of GE/Montgomery Ward and transition CEO during the integration of Heller Financial into GE Capital. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the College of William & Mary, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and completed GE's financial management training program with honors.

Roger Goddu is a Senior Advisor at Brentwood Associates, a role he moved into in July 2020 after joining the firm in 2004 as an Operating Partner and previously serving as an Operating Advisor and portfolio company director from 2002. Before Brentwood, he was Chairman and CEO of Montgomery Ward and held senior roles at Toys R Us and Target, with earlier retail experience at R. H. Macy & Co. and Federated Department Stores. He attended Adrian College and The University of Toledo and completed the Executive Development Program at Harvard Business School.

Ryan Foltz joined Brentwood Associates in 2011 and focuses on the consumer sector. Before Brentwood, he spent three years at Swander Pace Capital working on private equity investing and portfolio company management in consumer products, and two years as an analyst at Harris Williams & Co. focused on M&A. Sheree Rodgers joined Brentwood Associates in 2022 and leads human resources initiatives across the firm and its portfolio companies, working on talent management, organizational development, compensation, talent acquisition, DE&I, and learning and training. She previously held HR leadership roles at Paychex, at Credentials Solutions (a Brentwood portfolio company) through its merger with Parchment, and at Fleetmatics through its IPO and acquisition by Verizon. Sheri Nemeth joined Brentwood Associates in 2017 as an Operating Partner, applying operational, supply chain, and distribution experience to evaluate new investments and support portfolio companies. She previously spent 20 years at GE and Danaher in roles including Corporate Director of the Danaher Business System, and in 2001 founded the operations consulting firm Catalyst, which she sold to TBM in 2008. She holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. from Illinois State University, and trained in Japan with Shingijutsu.

Suzanne Howard joined Brentwood Associates in 2017 as Director of Finance & Accounting. She previously worked as a manager at Standish Management and held controller and other accounting roles at SSI Investment Management and Jefferies & Co., beginning her career at Arthur Andersen. She holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.

Terence McPherson is an Operating Executive at Brentwood Associates, where he works with portfolio company leadership on commercialization strategy, revenue acceleration, and operational execution, including forecasting, KPI visibility, and cross-functional coordination.
