Ben Evans studied medicine at UCL and worked as a surgical resident before joining McKinsey in 2010, where he served in the firm's healthcare practice across London, Boston and New York, including a period in product management and sales at Objective Health, a data analytics SaaS company. He later led clinical transformation at St. George's NHS Foundation Trust in South London, focusing on expanding the use of clinical and non-clinical data to improve patient care. He joined InHealth in 2016 to launch InHealth Ventures, and focuses on teams building user-centric products aimed at improving outcomes for patients and the healthcare workforce.

Lavanya Bhamidipati began her career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey and Company in Mumbai, focusing on strategy and turnaround work, and later worked in the CEO's office at The Hindu, where she supported strategic initiatives and helped build two in-house digital ventures. She focuses on cross-border healthcare innovation and has built digital ventures across three continents, with a particular interest in genomics and its impact on healthcare delivery. She holds an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College in New Delhi.

Richard Bradford has worked as a CEO in the UK and USA, building both publicly listed and privately owned service businesses through organic growth and acquisitions. He serves as Chair of InHealth Group, Director and Deputy Chair of IHPN (the UK representative body for independent sector healthcare providers), and as a Non-Executive Director for several companies. At the firm he supports portfolio companies on growth and operational execution, drawing on his leadership background in healthcare.

Fiona Rooney is a lawyer with experience across private practice and in-house advisory roles. A Cambridge University graduate, she qualified and spent a decade at Clifford Chance London before working in the manufacturing, technology, and local government sectors, and since 2018 has served as Group Counsel for the InHealth Group. Her background covers M&A, financing, and IP and commercial deal-making, and she supports InHealth Ventures' portfolio companies on negotiations and exits.
