Michael Forer co-founded Rosetta in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in the life science sector as an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor, beginning at Rothschild Asset Management. As a partner at Auven Therapeutics, he led the Spirogen investment (later sold to AstraZeneca) and the spin-out of ADC Therapeutics. He holds a BA in economics, a diploma in international business, and an LLB from the University of British Columbia, and articled at the predecessor firm of Norton Rose Canada.

Kenneth MacLeod joined Rosetta Capital as a Partner in 2021, bringing over 35 years of life sciences experience across operating roles at healthcare companies (Abbott Labs., Serono) and fund management (SV Health Investors, Paul Capital, Visium Healthcare Partners). He holds board seats at JenaValve Technologies and Oxular, and holds a BSc from the University of Manchester and a D.Phil from the University of York.

Namrata Turaga joined Rosetta Capital in 2026, bringing 15 years of healthcare experience spanning venture capital, biotech company creation, consulting, and clinical medicine. She previously served as Vice President of Operations at Red Queen Therapeutics, which she helped spin out of Harvard University, and worked as an Investment Associate at Apple Tree Partners on early-stage life sciences investments in the US and UK, following earlier roles at Boston Consulting Group, Flagship Pioneering, and Oxford Science Enterprises. She holds an MA in Medical Sciences and a medical degree from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School as a Fulbright Scholar, and is a practicing physician and member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Donovan Leung joined Rosetta Capital's investment team in 2022 as an Associate. Before Rosetta, he advised on healthcare M&A at a boutique investment bank and worked as a strategy consultant at IQVIA in the financial institutions team, having been involved in more than 30 transactions. He earlier contributed to research on novel compounds from animal venoms and holds a BSc honours degree in biochemistry from the University of Liverpool.

Matthew James joined Rosetta in 2025 after holding senior finance roles at FCA-regulated entities, including CFO and COO positions at various fund managers over roughly 25 years in private markets. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants and holds a BSc honours degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Reading. At Rosetta he is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to lead the Compliance Oversight and Money Laundering Reporting functions.
