Avram Kornberg joined Silver Lake in 2023 as a Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer. He previously founded Stratecution Consulting, advising financial services, software, and asset management clients and taking interim C-level roles such as CISO at the Options Clearing Corp. and CTO and CISO at Hellman & Friedman. Earlier he held CTO positions at TPG Capital, MF Global, Moore Capital, Natexis Bank USA, and OppenheimerFunds, and began his career in software development at Goldman Sachs and Bankers Trust. He holds a B.A. from SUNY Binghamton and an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU Stern.

Barrett Karr joined Silver Lake in 2019 as a Managing Director and Head of Government Affairs, leading the firm's government affairs. She previously spent over 20 years in government roles spanning Congress and the White House, and worked at The Carlyle Group from 2013 to 2015. She holds a B.A. from Texas Christian University and an M.A. from George Washington University.

Caimin Jones is an Operating Partner at Silver Lake, which he joined in 2011, with over 30 years of experience in operational and advisory roles across multiple regions and sectors. He previously served as a Director in Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement Group in Europe and worked at the strategy consultancy Marakon Associates on projects in financial services and pharmaceuticals. He began his career as a telecoms software engineer at Aldiscon Ltd. and later managed energy infrastructure projects at Siemens AG, and holds a B.Eng. from the University of Limerick, an M.B.A from IMD Business School, and an L.L.B from the Open University.

Egon Durban is a Managing Partner and CEO of Silver Lake, which he helped found as a founding principal in 1999. Before joining the firm, he worked in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University.

Greg Mondre joined Silver Lake in 1999 and serves as a Managing Partner and Co-Chairman. He previously was a principal at Texas Pacific Group, where he focused on technology-sector private equity investments, and earlier worked as an investment banker in Goldman Sachs' Communications, Media and Entertainment Group. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Justin Hamill joined Silver Lake in 2025 as a Senior Partner and Chief Legal Officer. He previously was Global Chair of M&A at Latham & Watkins, where he advised companies, investment funds, and financial institutions on M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, investments, and restructurings. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Karen King is a Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Silver Lake, which she joined in 2004, overseeing operational management of the firm and contributing to deal execution, portfolio company engagement, and business development. She previously served as the firm's chief legal officer. She holds an undergraduate degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.

Ahmed Khairat is a Director at Silver Lake, which he joined in 2017, and sits on the board of RAC. He previously worked as an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. Annie Zhu joined Silver Lake in 2006 and serves as Director, Finance and Head of Tax. Before Silver Lake, she worked in the venture capital tax group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a B.S. in Industry Management and Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University and an M.S. in Taxation from San Jose State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Arian Khansari is a Director at Silver Lake, which he joined in 2017. He previously worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Aldo Brambilla is an Associate at Silver Lake, which he joined in 2023. He holds a M.Sc in Management (Diplôme Grande École, International Finance Major) from HEC Paris and a B.Sc in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Bilal Rashid joined Silver Lake in 2026 as an Analyst. He previously worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, covering Industrials and Business Services. He earned a B.Sc. in Economics with First Class Honours from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Bradley Pearl joined Silver Lake in 2020 as a Vice President in Fundraising & Investor Relations. He holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Bryce Lee joined Silver Lake in 2011 as a Managing Director and now serves as a Special Advisor, investing with a focus on the Asia Pacific region and supporting the firm's Investor Relations group. Before Silver Lake, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he headed the Technology Group for the Americas and co-headed the Alternative Energy Group. He graduated from Stanford University and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
