Solomon (Sol) D. Trujillo is a business executive who has served as CEO of three large global companies across different regions in the communications, media, and technology sectors. He has held board director roles at firms including Bank of America, PepsiCo, and Target, and currently sits on the board of Western Union. He founded and chairs the Trujillo Group, LLC, co-founded and chairs the Latino Donor Collaborative, and co-founded both L'ATTITUDE and L'ATTITUDE Ventures, a fund focused on early-stage US Latino-led and owned businesses.

Elisa Sepulveda is an investor at L'ATTITUDE VENTURES who brings operational experience in startup growth, go-to-market strategy, and product development. She works with founders in underserved communities and is active across the Texas entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Fabián Ronisky is a venture capital investor at L'ATTITUDE Ventures who previously worked as a startup and VC attorney. Before joining L'ATTITUDE, he helped run the early-stage firm Mana Ventures, and earlier practiced law at Gunderson Dettmer and Strategic Law Partners. He holds a BA from UC Berkeley, a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Joined L'ATTITUDE Ventures while pursuing her MBA, driven by a passion for supporting Latino founders. She was previously a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton advising federal clients, and earned her MBA at USC Marshall as a Toigo and Consortium Fellow.

CEO and founder of DaVinci Wearables with extensive experience in autonomous systems and hardware development at Waymo, Lyft, Apple, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory. She advises multiple VCs and startups in sensors, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and digital health technologies.

Operations and growth professional with 15+ years of CPG experience at Fortune 500 companies managing brands including Clorox, Brita, and method products. She brings P&L management and cross-functional expertise in finance, sales, marketing, and ecommerce.

Alexander Noris, a Fresno native who grew up around his mother's restaurant, studied Economics and Philosophy at Columbia University. He began his finance career at HighPath Advisors, a multi-family office, where he developed a background in investment strategy. He now works in early-stage venture investing at L'Attitude Ventures, focusing on backing Latino entrepreneurs.

Cecilia Sanchez joined L'ATTITUDE Ventures while completing her MBA and focuses on supporting Latino founders. She previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C., advising federal clients on investigations into transnational organized crime, including money laundering and drug trafficking. She holds B.A. degrees in International Affairs and in Romance Languages (Spanish & French) from the University of Georgia and earned her MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business as a Toigo and Consortium Fellow.

Investment professional with startup and venture experience, formerly at Acrew Capital and Angeles Investors, the largest Latino-focused angel investing network. He worked on early ecommerce marketplaces in Latin America.

Oscar Munoz is the former Chairman and CEO of United Airlines, and previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of CSX Corporation. He currently sits on the boards of CBRE Group Inc. and Univision Holdings Inc. and serves as an independent trustee on Fidelity's Equity & High-Income Funds Board. He is also involved in various industry coalitions and educational organizations, including trustee roles at the University of Southern California and Vanderbilt University.

Pete Amaro is an operator, entrepreneur, and investor who joined L'ATTITUDE Ventures after co-founding technology podcast platform Luminary Media, where he was chief financial officer. He previously spent 15 years in growth and early-stage investing at the Raine Group and worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Investment professional with venture capital experience ranging from Seed to Series B, previously at Rocketship.vc in Silicon Valley. He focuses on connecting founders to capital and opportunities while building networks within Latinx communities.

Gary Acosta, co-founder and head of NAHREP, leverages data on Latino household wealth and his CFPB advisory role to connect founders with sector-specific Latino communities, regulators and large financial institutions.
