Luc Maruenda joined Eurazeo in 1999 and is a Partner leading the Wealth Solutions department, where he has built private wealth management offerings for French and European private investors, from FCPI funds to newer diversification products across the firm's investment strategies. Before joining, he co-led venture capital investments for The National Investor in Abu Dhabi, worked in the offset team at Giat Industries (Nexter Group) in Abu Dhabi, served as CFO of the startup Webcorp in San Francisco, and spent three years as a manager at Cabinet Constantin in Paris and New York. He trained as a chartered accountant and holds a master's degree in business law.

Mathieu Teisseire is a Managing Partner at Eurazeo leading the Investor Relations team, which he joined in 2015 to support the group's international growth. He has over 15 years of experience in alternative asset management, having previously served as Senior Advisor at Everest Capital, led business development in Europe and the Middle East for Protégé Partners, and advised Rothschild & Co on its Middle East expansion. He holds a degree in law and political science from Université Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne, is admitted to the Paris Bar, and has taught criminal procedure at the Sorbonne Abu Dhabi.

Noëlle Wydauw is a Partner on the Investor Relations team, responsible for investor relations in France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and French-speaking Switzerland. She joined the group in 2012 after working independently arranging leasing finance operations, and previously spent 10 years at BNP Paribas in fixed income and equity sales roles, as well as positions at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and François-Dufour-Kervern. She holds degrees from the University of Robert Schumann (Strasbourg), Clermont Ferrand, ESSCA, and the Sorbonne, and speaks French, English, and German.

Siu-Wai Ng joined Eurazeo in 2026 as Partner and Head of Product, coordinating across investment strategies, investor expectations, and market positioning. She has over twenty years of experience in asset management, product strategy, and investor relations at global asset management platforms, including more than ten years as Partner and Head of Product Development at RBC BlueBay Asset Management. She holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and is a CFA charterholder.

Stéphanie Courtadon is a Partner at Eurazeo overseeing Marketing, Product Development, and Client Services, and sits on the firm's Management Committee. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial marketing and investor relations, including over 15 years in alternative markets across Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Assets. Before joining Eurazeo in 2016 as Head of Marketing, she was Director of Marketing and Development at Siparex, established the investor relations and marketing function at Crédit Agricole Private Equity, and held marketing roles at AXA Investment Managers and HSBC Epargne Entreprise; she holds a degree from ESSEC and a Master II in Environmental Law from Paris I-Sorbonne and Paris II-Assas.

Adrien Pinelli is a Managing Director in Eurazeo's Investor Relations team, responsible for European and international public and institutional affairs as well as fundraising and investor relations in the Middle East. He previously spent nearly two decades as a diplomat at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, working in the Middle East and later joining the World Bank and the COP21 team that led to the Paris Agreement. He is a graduate of the ENA, Sciences Po and the ENS, and serves as a reserve officer in the French Navy.

Johann-Felix Herter is a Managing Director on Eurazeo's Investor Relations team. He previously launched and led the private debt practice at Selinus Capital, a German placement agency, and headed private credit for the DACH region at BlackRock in Munich. Earlier roles include setting up private markets funds at Bankhaus Lampe, business development at Golding Capital Partners, and management consulting at Bain & Company and McKinsey.

Julien Trezza is a Managing Director on Eurazeo's Investor Relations team, responsible for fundraising and investor relations across Southern Europe. Before joining the firm in 2021, he spent twelve years at BNP Paribas, where he worked in ALM Treasury, led Private Asset investments in Italy for BNP P Cardif, and held actuarial roles including work on M&A operations. He holds an actuarial expertise certificate from the Institut du Risk Management, along with master's degrees from Sorbonne Université (actuarial science), Université Paris-Dauphine (asset management), and NEOMA Business School.

Lionel Florentin is a Managing Director in Eurazeo's Investor Relations team, leading the Client Services activity. He began his career in 1995 as a financial analyst at BNP in Singapore, later held business development roles in financial services including at eFront Financial Solutions, and joined Amundi in 2007, where he worked in Switzerland and Southeast Asia before becoming Global Head of Institutional Client Services in 2018. He holds a Master 2 in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Université Paris-Dauphine.

Solomon Moos is a Managing Director on Eurazeo's Investor Relations team, focused on fundraising and investor relations across Asia. He joined the group in July 2016 after working as an RFP Manager in the business development department at Allianz Global Investors, and previously worked at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. He holds a Master 2 in Financial Engineering from the Sorbonne in France and a Chinese language and culture qualification from Hainan University in China.
