Jobandtalent is a Spanish employment platform active in the temporary work and human resources services sector, connecting workers with companies through its mobile application. It was founded in 2009 in Madrid by Felipe Navío, Juan Urdiales and Tabi Vicuña, with the stated aim of inverting the job search process so that vacancies identify candidates matching their profile. The company is privately held and is led by co-CEOs Felipe Navío and Juan Urdiales, with Félix Ruiz, co-founder of Tuenti, as executive chairman.

The platform matches candidates to job offers and companies to candidates using an in-house algorithm that analyses job titles and areas of activity of both offers and candidates. Services include job search, job recommendations, job posting for companies, contract management for small and medium-sized enterprises, and guidance material on interviews and CV writing. From 2009 the company built job-search tools initially leveraging Facebook and social connections, moving to an algorithmic candidate-selection approach from 2012.

After operating as a job-board style business, Jobandtalent shifted in 2016 to a transactional model, becoming a temporary employment agency (Empresa de Empleo Temporal). Following a multi-month transition requiring substantial changes to the business, the company grew revenue from about EUR 5 million per year to EUR 137 million at the close of 2018.
