He previously worked in special situations private credit, leading the development of an end-to-end quantitative data analytics platform, and has received recognition at international data science conferences. Zhi holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College and an M.Sc. in Business Analytics from the University of Manchester, and serves as a technical reviewer for data science and engineering textbooks published by BPB Online.

Varun Kale is an Associate (II) in Portfolio, Data & Analytics at Hollyport Capital. He previously worked as a Senior Analyst in Data Science and Consulting at QuantSpark in London, with over four years of experience across financial services, private equity, and SaaS, where he managed client relationships, developed data science solutions, and contributed to the firm's financial services go-to-market strategy. He is currently pursuing the CFA Level 1 certification.
