Eirik Tichy is an Investment Associate at Hollyport Capital in London. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Associate on Baird's Industrial and Consumer team, focusing on mid-market M&A, and held internships at SEB, ABN AMRO, and NORD Holding. Tichy holds an MSc in Finance & Investments – Advanced from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (2018–2020).

Holly Worthington is Head of Legal at Hollyport Capital, where she provides legal advice and product structuring expertise on the formation and fundraising of private investment funds, including investor negotiations, deal execution, and corporate governance. Her prior experience covers fund formation across multiple asset classes, secondary transactions, GP-led restructurings, carried interest schemes, and co-investments and other sidecars.

Jacob Willis is a Senior Associate at Hollyport Capital, where he handles the generation and analysis of fund of funds performance across private equity primaries, secondaries, co-investments, private credit, and infrastructure. He supports the firm's investment, fundraising, and risk teams through work including track records, risk analysis, cash flow forecasting, portfolio strategy, and peer and market benchmarking.

He previously worked as a Senior Analyst in Data Science and Consulting at QuantSpark in London, with over four years of experience across financial services, private equity, and SaaS, where he managed client relationships, developed data science solutions, and contributed to the firm's financial services go-to-market strategy.
