Marc Lipschultz is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Blue Owl Capital Inc., a member of its board of directors, and a Co-Chief Investment Officer for each of the Blue Owl Credit Advisers. He co-founded Owl Rock Capital Partners, the predecessor to Blue Owl's Credit platform, after spending more than two decades at KKR, where he was Global Head of Energy and Infrastructure and served on the Management Committee. Earlier in his career he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. on mergers and acquisitions and principal investing, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Stanford University.

Craig W. Packer is Co-President of Blue Owl Capital Inc. and a member of its board of directors, and he heads the firm's Credit platform while serving as a Co-Chief Investment Officer for the Blue Owl Credit Advisers and CEO of the Blue Owl BDCs. He co-founded Owl Rock Capital Partners, the predecessor to Blue Owl's Credit platform. Earlier he was a Partner and Co-Head of Leveraged Finance in the Americas at Goldman Sachs, held roles at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the University of Virginia.

Marc Zahr is Co-President of Blue Owl Capital Inc., a member of its board of directors, and Global Head of the firm's Real Assets platform, where he oversees sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating acquisitions. He founded Oak Street, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's Real Assets platform, and earlier held roles as Vice President at American Realty Capital, a Fixed Income Trader at TM Associates, and an Associate at Merrill Lynch.

Leads Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy, overseeing investments and portfolio management, and chairs its investment committee. Previously co-founded IPI Partners and led communications infrastructure investment banking at Moelis & Company.

Michael Rees is Co-President of Blue Owl Capital Inc., a member of its board of directors, and Head of the firm's GP Strategic Capital platform. He founded Dyal Capital, the predecessor to that platform, and was earlier a founding employee and the first COO of Neuberger Berman's alternatives business, having moved over from Lehman Brothers in the 2009 management buyout. He holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Technology Policy from MIT, along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Pravin Vazirani is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Tech Investing at Blue Owl Capital, where he focuses on financing solutions for technology companies.

Principal on the Direct Lending Investment Team focused on vendor and OEM relationships funding equipment leases and loans for the Commercial Solutions Group. Previously with Atalaya Capital Management.

Principal on the Direct Lending Investment Team focused on growth-stage technology investing across SaaS, infrastructure, and security. Previously at Vector Capital and J.P. Morgan.

Principal on the Real Assets Portfolio Management Team leading the Digital Infrastructure corporate finance team. Previously Head of Portfolio Management at IPI Partners.

Alan Kirshenbaum is Chief Financial Officer of Blue Owl Capital Inc. and Co-Chair of the firm's Operating Committee. He previously served as CFO of Sixth Street Specialty Lending (TSLX), TPG Special Situations Partners, Natsource, MainStay Investments, and Bear Stearns Asset Management, and earlier worked in public accounting at KPMG and J.H. Cohn. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BS from Rutgers University.

Andrew Polland is Chief Operating Officer of Blue Owl Capital Inc. and Co-Chair of its Operating Committee. He previously served as COO of Dyal Capital, and held roles as COO, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Hoplite Capital Management, as well as General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer positions at MSD Partners and MSD Capital and compliance and litigation roles at Fortress Investment Group. He began his career as a litigation associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell and as a federal law clerk, and holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Cornell University.

Managing Director on the Information Technology Team responsible for the technology and security aspects of the firm's Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework. Previously Head of Infrastructure and Security at Atalaya Capital Management.

Neena Reddy is General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of Blue Owl Capital Inc., a member of the firm's Operating Committee, and Vice President and Secretary of each of the firm's BDCs. Before joining Owl Rock, the predecessor to Blue Owl's Credit platform, she served as associate general counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co. (2010–2019), focused on Goldman Sachs Asset Management's direct alternative products including private credit, and earlier practiced corporate law at Boies Schiller & Flexner and Debevoise & Plimpton. She holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in English from Georgetown University.
