Eric Brachfeld has over 30 years of experience as an investment banker and entrepreneur, advising companies and investors on financing and transaction structuring. Before Manhattan Venture Partners, he was a Partner at Citizen VC, Inc., where he led investment banking, and earlier cofounded Gentry New York (later merged with Gentry Financial Holdings Group), Ledgemont Capital Group, and Indigo Ventures. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, along with several FINRA licenses.

Jared Carmel has worked in the secondary market for venture-backed technology companies since 2010, advising pre-IPO shareholders on liquidity and providing investors access to venture-backed companies. He co-founded a fintech company, citizen.vc, where he led product strategy and investment execution, and previously served as Director of Secondary Markets at G Squared, where he built the firm's secondary market investment practice and helped launch its G Squared I fund. His earlier experience spans venture capital, private equity, public equity, investment banking, SPACs, and M&A.

SooMan Wolffs joined Manhattan Venture Partners in July 2019, where he works on investment due diligence, deal structuring, executing investments for the All-Star fund family, and supporting the Secondary as a Service business line. He previously worked at Carta (formerly eShares) as an early member of its valuations team and on its Capital Markets and Liquidity Solutions team, and before that at Smartbiz Loans, a fintech company focused on SBA loan underwriting software. He holds a BS in Finance with a minor in International Business from Santa Clara University and an MS in Finance from the University of San Francisco, along with Series 7, 63, and 79 FINRA licenses.

Alejandro Creixell has over 20 years of experience in senior management roles at financial institutions across Latin America. In 1999 he founded Bulltick Capital Markets, where he served as managing partner and head of sales, and he previously worked at BBVA as an international financial advisor. He also founded Cretum Advisory & Capital Markets and Pretmex Sofom ENR, a non-bank SME lender in Mexico, and holds a degree in Economics and a master's in Finance from ITAM.

Cody Capps is a private market professional with about a decade of experience in capital markets, institutional trading, and venture-backed secondary transactions. He previously served as Senior Director on the Institutional Markets Desk at Forge Global and spent nearly seven years at Citi in regulatory, strategy, and front-office roles across Investment Grade Credit and Commodities Sales & Trading. At Manhattan Venture Partners he leads the buildout of a secondary trading desk, focusing on late-stage private market secondary block trades.

Karl Bornefalk works at Manhattan Venture Partners, where he handles buy-side and sell-side client and business development across Europe. He began his career in Madrid on the launch teams for tech and telecom companies including FON.com and E-plus, then founded MambaIQ, a data-driven social media analysis platform, which he later exited. He subsequently co-founded and invested in companies across Europe and Latin America in eCommerce, lead-generation, and food delivery, and holds a BA (Hons) in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the European Business School in London and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires.

Nicholas Gupta has spent 18 years on Wall Street working on the origination, structuring, and marketing of alternative investment vehicles, with an emphasis on technology-focused venture capital. Before joining Manhattan Venture Partners, he built a secondary markets fund business that raised over $150 million and acquired pre-IPO shares in companies including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Groupon, Chegg, eHarmony, and Palantir Technologies. He holds a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, completed a one-year term program in European Union Economic Policy Studies at the University of Oxford (New College), and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 79 licenses.

Bill Barkow has worked in the securities industry for over 20 years, initially building and managing traditional brokerage businesses. In 2010 he became active in the secondary markets, forming numerous Regulation D offerings that gave accredited investors access to late-stage, pre-IPO company shares, and helping raise over $500 million into 30+ companies. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business from New Jersey City University and holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 licenses.

David James joined Manhattan Venture Partners in June 2016, where he works on domestic and international business development alongside the firm's Capital Markets team and supports its sales, marketing, and branding efforts, including web and social media activities. He earned a BA in Finance with a secondary concentration in Alternative Investments from Fordham University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Matthew Evans is a Principal focused on late-stage venture-backed secondary transactions and liquidity solutions in private markets. He started his career at UBS advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on equity stock option strategies and liquidity planning, then served as Senior Director at Forge Global, where he originated and executed off-market transactions in private companies. He holds a degree from Elon University and Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Paul Morris joined Manhattan Venture Partners in 2021, where he works on investment due diligence, deal structuring, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and banking activities. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors group at Guggenheim Securities. He earned a BS in Finance and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis in 2019 and holds Series 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.

Scott Gordon began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent nearly six years across Securities Operations, Investment Banking, and Investor Relations. He later spent five years on the Institutional Markets Desk at Forge Global, working with venture funds, family offices, and asset managers on late-stage private company secondary transactions. He now serves as Principal on the Venture Secondaries Desk and holds Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

Victor Bunoust-Roquere joined Manhattan Venture Partners in September 2019, where he focuses on business development across European and Asian markets and supports the firm's Capital Markets team with sales, marketing, operations, and branding. He previously worked in the pre-IPO department of the French financial group Allinvest, covering the secondary market for mid-to-late stage private technology companies. He holds a Master's in Finance from ESCE International Business School and an MBA from CESA Business School in Colombia, and is fluent in French, Spanish, and English.

Adam Ingram is Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan Venture Partners, with over 15 years of experience in operations, finance, and strategy spanning venture capital, startups, and financial services. Before MVP, he was VP of Operations at EquityBee, handling fund administration, investment operations, compliance, and planning, and led the launch of an internal fund manager. He started his career at PwC, holds a B.A. in Accounting from Tel Aviv University, and earned an Executive MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Alejandro Ontiveros Salinas joined Manhattan Venture Partners in July 2021, where he analyzes investment opportunities and works on expanding the firm's Latam presence for the MVP All-Star fund family, covering family office, institutional sales, and high net worth individuals. He was previously a Financial Analyst at British Petroleum. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and completed a study abroad program at ESSEC Business School.

Armando Narchi Capote joined Manhattan Venture Partners in 2022 and works in private equity, focusing on investment analysis and capital raising for families and institutions. He has a background in accounting and finance used to evaluate financial statements and manage investments. He is pursuing a Business Administration degree at the Ibero-American University.

Ben Green earned a degree in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis in 2020. He spent over two years consulting at Ernst & Young on corporate finance efficiency and on product, pricing, and commercial strategy for clients including pharmaceutical, entertainment, satellite, and payroll SaaS companies. He then served for over three years as CFO of Find Your Farmer, a last-mile delivery farmer's market in St. Louis, where he built commercial strategies, launched subscription and partnership business lines, and analyzed consumer behavior and operational efficiency.

Bintou Diaou studied International Business at the City University of New York, with scholarship-funded study abroad in international marketing in Barcelona and French in Paris. She has worked in operations roles at CanAm Enterprises and at Coinbase as an operations account specialist. She holds a Series 63 license.

Giselle Hensley has more than ten years of experience across banking, lending, investment operations, and client services management. Before joining Manhattan Venture Partners, she held roles supporting senior advisors and managing client relationships at corporate and financial institutions. At the firm she focuses on operational efficiency and executive support.

Hannah Patricia Hernandez joined Manhattan Venture Partners in 2021 and has over a decade of experience in the financial sector, where she supports operations related to the firm's LATAM investors. She previously worked at BBVA on internal control and money laundering prevention across branches, and handled administration for the Alsea group's stores. She studied Banking and Financial Markets at Escuela Bancaria Comercial and holds ASUME and ISO 9001 certifications.

Idalia Gutierrez Torres helped initiate the firm's operations in Mexico beginning in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She supports investors and manages the integration of documents and subscriptions. Before MVP, she worked at Bulltick Capital Markets in office management and human resources, and earlier at JP Morgan as an assistant in the operations area responsible for reporting to Mexican authorities.

Matias Gonzalez Fernandez joined Manhattan Venture Partners in February 2021, where he focuses on fundraising and expanding the Latam region for the MVP All Star fund family across family office, institutional, and high net worth channels, and also works with the firm's Capital Markets team. Before joining, he spent nine years as a corporate relationship banker in FX and derivatives across three banks. He earned a bachelor's degree in business and finance and an MBA in corporate finance, both from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.

Michael Linebarger is a Senior Associate at Manhattan Venture Partners. His work has spanned early and late stage venture capital, PIPEs, public offerings, M&A, and secondary direct stock offerings, giving him experience in investment banking, business operations, acquisition integration, business development, and company origination. He has worked with companies across biotech and life sciences, clean and alternative energy, and TMT (technology, media, and telecom) sectors.

Raquel Kelting has more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector, working in roles including product manager, analyst, and sales associate. Her work spans project management, strategic planning, content development, competitive analysis, data management, vendor relations, and supporting large teams and business processes.

Yaritza Bermudez is a Sales/Operations Assistant at Manhattan Venture Partners with close to three decades of experience in the retail industry. She is bilingual and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Zachary Hutter has more than a decade of experience in banking and private market operations, with a focus on private secondary transactions. Before joining Manhattan Venture Partners, he held operations roles at Carta, SharesPost, and Forge Global. At MVP he serves as Secondary Desk Operations Lead, overseeing the secondary deal desk and developing transaction workflows. He graduated from California State University Chico, holds a Series 99 license, and has an ECA designation from Santa Clara University's Certified Equity Professional Institute.
