Before joining the firm, he spent over five years in biopharma at Genentech and Amgen, most recently as a Senior Manager in Amgen's Digital Health & Innovation group where he sourced, evaluated, and executed transactions with health technology companies. He previously worked on Lazard's Healthcare M&A team and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in Bioengineering from UC San Diego, and a B.S. in Bioengineering from UCLA.

Kuldip Hillyer is founder and CEO of Kugamon, a native Salesforce CPQ and billing application that enables companies to manage quoting, contracting, and renewal processes within Salesforce. Beyond his work at Kugamon, Hillyer invests in early-stage Salesforce ISVs and RevOps startups, providing guidance to founders on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and AppExchange positioning.

Lu Zhang, a former materials researcher and healthcare entrepreneur, offers rare expertise in materials and regulated healthcare products, authored an AI healthcare thesis since 2017 about explainability and regulatory fit.

Shane Wall is a Partner at Fusion Fund and President of the Fusion CXO Network. He was previously Chief Technology Officer at Hewlett Packard Inc. and Global Head of HP Labs, and earlier held roles at Intel as Vice President & General Manager and at Intel Capital, where he led venture investments. Amit Srivastav is a Venture Partner at Fusion Fund, focusing on deep tech, AI, and healthcare. He was previously CEO of WootCloud Inc, an IoT device security platform, which he led to an acquisition by Netskope Inc, where he now serves as an executive advisor to the CEO. Earlier in his career he was President at Infinite Computer Solutions and held leadership roles at HCL Technologies and Microsoft Corporation.

Homan Yuen is Managing Partner at Keymaker. He co-founded Solar Junction in 2007, which developed high-efficiency solar cells for terrestrial and space applications and was acquired in 2014. Yuen holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Materials Science from Stanford University and a B.A. in Physics from UC Berkeley, and is an inventor on over 60 patents with publications in lasers, solar cells, semiconductors, and optoelectronics.

Nitin Mathur is a global marketing and digital executive who serves as Chief Marketing and Digital Transformation Officer at Analog Devices, where he leads global marketing, digital transformation, data analytics, customer insights, and eCommerce teams. He previously was the first Chief Digital Officer at TE Connectivity and held roles at Yahoo!, Sapient (now Publicis Sapient), and the Times of India group. He has worked in India, Singapore, and the US across technology, semiconductors, industrial, internet, and media sectors in both B2B and B2C businesses.

Rohini Kosoglu is a Venture Partner at Fusion Fund with a background in U.S. national policy, having served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Domestic Policy Advisor to the Vice President, as well as U.S. Senate Chief of Staff. She is a Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Intelligence and Director of Public Policy and Political Affairs at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign. She advises on regulatory and geopolitical trends and their implications for technology.

Sanjeev Kumar is a Venture Partner at Fusion Fund who works with early-stage enterprise AI software companies, focusing on ML pipeline platforms, domain-specific ML systems, IIoT, and the industrial metaverse. Trevor Mottl is a Venture Partner at Fusion Fund and previously served as a Managing Director and Artificial Intelligence Portfolio Manager at Lazard Asset Management. He focuses on connecting legacy business processes with emerging technology, with expertise in enterprise software, AI, NLP, and financial applications. He has more than 20 years of experience in asset management, portfolio theory, and capital markets, including roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and global hedge funds.

Auguste Fagniez is a Senior Associate at Fusion Fund with a background in enterprise applications, focusing on fintech and security. He previously worked at crypto custodian Ledger and financial software provider Murex, and has professional experience across South-East Asia and Europe. He studied Economics and Math at the University of Bath.

Charlotte Xia began her career at Formlabs during its early stage, where she worked on shipping products related to digital fabrication and manufacturing. Lan Wu is an Analyst at Fusion Fund with a background spanning venture capital, scientific research, and operations in healthcare and AI. Sherwin Kuo is a physician practicing hospital medicine at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, with experience in healthcare and biotechnology. Before joining, she worked at Ripple Labs supporting senior executives across RippleX and Ripple Payments on cross-functional strategy, operational planning, and sales enablement, and earlier was an associate at J.P. Morgan across roles including Kinexys, treasury sales, finance and business management, and commercial card partnerships. She holds dual B.S. degrees in Economics and Psychology and a Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University.

Vashegaarie Sundar is an Investor Relations Associate at Fusion Fund with a background spanning neuroscience research, AI, and early-stage venture. She previously worked as a researcher at the UCLA Department of Neurology on machine learning tools for epilepsy diagnosis, supported fundraising for an early-stage startup, and served as a Venture Guide for INSEAD's pilot AI Venture Lab evaluating early-stage startups. She holds a B.S. in Biochemistry with a minor in Entrepreneurship from UCLA.

William Lee is co-founder of ACI.dev, where he works on AI agent infrastructure. He previously worked at McKinsey QuantumBlack and maintains involvement in a wine-enthusiast community in London.

Zhenan Bao is Department Chair and K.K. Lee Professor of Chemical Engineering at Stanford University, with courtesy appointments in Chemistry and Materials Science and Engineering, and founded the Stanford Wearable Electronics Initiative (eWEAR) in 2016. Before joining Stanford in 2004, she worked at Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies from 1995 to 2004, and she earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Chicago in 1995. She is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the National Academy of Inventors and serves as an advising partner for Fusion Fund.
