Night Capital is an early-stage venture firm built around long-term, relationship-driven partnerships with exceptional founders. Its philosophy centers on thinking independently, acting with integrity, and serving founders well, treating venture capital as a long game in which reputation, relationships, and judgment compound. Rather than aiming for broad coverage, the firm seeks to be indispensable to the founders it backs, supporting them across stages from early Seed and Series A through growth. Founded in 2018 with support from the Conway family and strategic technology leaders as limited partners, the firm keeps its team small, focused, and personal, and is currently investing from its fourth fund.
