Greg Martin is Founder and Managing Director of Archer Venture Capital, having previously spent 11 years as a partner at Redpoint Ventures. He is co-founder and Chairman of BetheBeast, co-founder and Vice-Chairman of Nurocor Software, and previously served as CEO of True(X) Media. He also founded Liquid Stock, LP, a liquidity provider for private shareholders, and co-owns the merchant bank Rainmaker Securities. He earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.

John Hadl is a Managing Director at Archer Venture Capital who previously worked at US Venture Partners. Before USVP, he founded and led Brand in Hand, which was acquired by FRWD in 2010, and earlier worked as an associate at law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from the University of California at Irvine.

Lucas Watson is a Partner at Archer Capital Group. He previously spent about 30 years as an operating executive, including roles as VP Global Brand Solutions at Google (2011–2016) where he oversaw YouTube revenue growth, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Intuit (2016–2018), SVP Go to Market at Cruise (2018–2021), and President of Sphere Entertainment Company (2022–2023). Earlier in his career he held marketing and digital transformation roles at Procter & Gamble. He holds a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

Ryan Fraser is a Partner focused on secondary investing, where he sources and executes new investment opportunities and manages existing portfolio companies. He was previously a Vice President on the impact secondaries team at North Sky Capital, handling transactions in edtech, agtech, and healthcare, and earlier was part of the investment team at SightLine Partners making secondary direct investments in venture-backed healthcare companies. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and a BA from Michigan State University.

Walter Delph is a Venture Partner at Archer Venture Capital with over 25 years of experience in digital business, focused on areas including augmented reality, social media, ecommerce, advertising, video, and financial technology. He was previously Chief Business Officer at Magic Leap, co-founded and served as Partner and Managing Director at BCG Digital Ventures, and held roles as CEO of Adly and SVP of Digital Operations at Twentieth Century Fox, along with positions at Verizon, Time Warner, Bertelsmann, and Goldman Sachs. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard University.

Adam Gerber is a Scout at Archer Venture Capital with more than 30 years of experience across advertising agencies, adtech, and media companies. He has held senior roles at Media.net, Netflix (Global Ads Commercialization), GroupM/WPP, Essence, ABC/Disney, and Quantcast, working on both buy- and sell-side media. He holds a B.S. in Journalism and a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.

Amy Yury Stickler is an executive on Google's Global Strategic Initiatives team, where she works with the AI & Cloud team and the broader Alphabet organization on partnerships with large enterprises, digital natives, and AI startups. She has more than 25 years of experience in technology and leadership, and has managed cross-Alphabet collaborations spanning Google DeepMind, Research, YouTube, Play, and Ads. She serves as a venture advisor at Archer and as a board member for Sollus Health and NextMinds.

Anand Subramanian is a Venture Scout at Archer Venture Capital with over 25 years of experience investing in growth and later-stage technology companies. He previously co-led the capital solutions and growth/structured equity principal investment business at Macquarie Capital, and built out Private Capital Markets businesses at Qatalyst Partners and Morgan Stanley. He is currently a managing partner at SIZE Capital and holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Andy Perille joined Archer Capital Group in 2025 as a Vice President, where he handles sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investments. He previously spent over five years in secondary investing as a Principal at Liquid Stock LP, focusing on structured secondary deals in enterprise SaaS, fintech, and consumer internet. Earlier in his career he held finance and strategy roles at ZipRecruiter and Penske Media Corporation, and he holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Ethelbert Williams is a Scout at Archer Venture Capital with over 20 years of commercial leadership experience in marketing and sales across DTC ecommerce, marketplaces, and omnichannel retail. He is Head of Marketing, Retail Media Search & DTC Performance at PepsiCo, and previously led ecommerce at Johnson & Johnson Consumer and built the ecommerce organization at The Boston Beer Company, with earlier roles at Kimberly-Clark, Procter & Gamble, and Unilever. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, where he serves as an adjunct lecturer.

Jack Muehlheuser is a Vice President at Archer, where he handles sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities and has six years of experience in secondary investing. He was previously a Senior Associate at W Capital Partners in New York, covering enterprise SaaS, vertical software, and business services, and began his career as an investment banking analyst at Barclays focused on the Power & Utilities sector. He holds a BS from Georgetown University.

Jennifer Prince is a Scout at Archer Venture Capital with over 25 years of experience in digital advertising, content, and partnerships. She is Chief Commercial Officer of the Los Angeles Rams, and previously held leadership roles at Twitter (Global VP and Head of Content Partnerships), Google (Head of Industry for Film & Television) and YouTube, and served as SVP of Advertising at Demand Media. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Josh Roth is a Scout at Archer Venture Capital with a background in technology and operations spanning over 30 years. He spent nine years at Amazon as a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Ring, and previously served as CTO at OneStop, The NTI Group, Rent.com, and US Interactive. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA.

Lou Paskalis is CEO and Founder of AJL Advisory, a consultancy that advises marketers on business narrative and helps tech companies understand marketer needs, and serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Ad Fontes Media. He was previously President and COO of MMAGlobal and spent three decades in client-side roles leading communications planning, media investment, marketing data strategy, and brand safety at Bank of America, American Express, and E. & J. Gallo. He is active with the Association of National Advertisers and the Trustworthy Accountability Group and focuses on marketing innovation and support for journalism.

Raymond Che is a Research Associate at Archer, where he studies emerging sector and technology trends. He started his venture career as a VC analyst working in early-stage biotech and life sciences. He earned an MBA from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech and an MS in Molecular Biosciences & Bioengineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Taylor Hoing has more than twelve years of accounting experience in the alternative investment industry, focusing on financial reporting, tax compliance, and fund operations. Before Archer, he was a director at Standish Management, LLC, serving as an outsourced CFO and overseeing fund administration teams for venture capital and private equity clients, and earlier worked as a senior tax accountant at Rothstein Kass and Andersen Tax. He holds a BA in Business Administration with emphases in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington and is an inactive CPA and AICPA member.
