Co-founder of Dawn Capital who works across the firm's portfolio and oversees its growth-stage investing. Before Dawn, he was UK CEO and founder of online stockbroker Self Trade, which floated in 2000 and was sold to HypoVereinsbank; he studied mathematics at the University of Oslo and economics at Durham University.

Josh Bell is a General Partner and founding member of Dawn Capital since 2006, leading investments in fintech and financial software, including the iZettle and Tink exits. Before Dawn he spent five years at McKinsey and studied maths, economics and game theory at Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard.

Alex Goodway leads the finance function and strategy at Dawn Capital, manages its in-house finance team, and sits on the firm's Investment Committee, also supporting the IR and investment teams. She previously spent six years at Kindred Capital as an early team member building its finance and operations roles, and before that was an Investment Associate at Alta Advisers, beginning her career at a single family office. She holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA Charterholder.

Alex Tsylnitska is an investor at Dawn Capital who backs technology companies across Europe from early stages through to scale. Before Dawn, she worked at Seedcamp supporting founders from idea stage to Series A, and earlier held roles at Citi on the industrials team and at a spatial computing startup running go-to-market and operations. She studied at the University of Cambridge.

Andrea Guariglia is an Investor at Dawn Capital who backs founders with European roots building global companies. He previously founded Angry Monk, a B2B supply chain product serving Fortune 500 companies, and spent two years at McKinsey working with high-growth tech companies through scaling and exits. Bridget Snow is Dawn Capital's US-based Talent and Networks Lead, where she advises European founders on entering the US market, runs strategic and executive searches for portfolio companies, and connects founders to relevant operators and networks. She studied Anthropology at Bowdoin College. Before Dawn, she was a Talent Manager at OpenView Partners, a Boston-based VC fund focused on B2B SaaS.

Chlöe Dodson leads Dawn Capital's portfolio events, communities, and partnerships, and supports portfolio companies on People & Talent matters such as compensation benchmarking, benefits design, and office searches. She also manages the firm's vendor partnerships and hosts its DawnTalks virtual knowledge-share series. Before Dawn, she worked at Founders Keepers (part of Founders Forum) and Odgers Berndtson, and she studied English Language at Newcastle University.

Cordelia Sheridan works on events at Dawn Capital, organizing gatherings ranging from founder dinners to hackathons. Before joining the firm she spent two years as a Chief Stewardess on superyachts, and started at Dawn on the front of house team before moving into the events associate role in September 2025. She holds a BSc in Criminology from Cardiff University.

Daniel Vazquez Lang is a Data Engineer at Dawn Capital, where he builds data systems and workflows for the firm's AI products, including Rolodex. Before Dawn, he worked with real estate and geospatial data building large-scale pipelines and platforms, with prior roles as a Backend Engineer at an e-commerce provider, a Full-Stack Developer at a media and communications provider, and a Data Engineer at PREA, a data-driven real estate company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Berliner Hochschule für Technik in Berlin.

Gamila Hassan leads Talent Acquisition and Intelligence at Dawn Capital, where she manages the firm's internal hiring, conducts founding-team diligence on new investments, and helps portfolio companies build their teams. She joined Dawn in 2022 from Revolut, and has lived in Egypt, Latvia, and England.

Gurvinder Sandhu leads finance at Dawn Capital, working on reporting, treasury and portfolio insights to support decision-making across the firm and its portfolio. He began his career at Deloitte through the BrightStart programme, qualifying as a chartered accountant, and later worked at Greyhound Capital in fund and corporate finance. At Dawn he focuses on bringing financial due diligence in-house, improving management reporting, and applying tools including AI to make portfolio insights more useful.

Hannah Gubbins is a Partner at Dawn Capital, where she leads investor partnerships and fundraising and also oversees the firm's marketing, communications and operations. She joined Dawn in early 2020 and has raised over $1.5bn for its funds, and sits on the Investment Committee. Before Dawn she spent five years in investor relations at the private equity firm Inflexion, following earlier roles in consumer PR and asset management.

Jack Tunmore leads communications at Dawn Capital, working with the firm's portfolio companies and the Dawn team to tell their stories across various media. Before Dawn, he was an Associate Director at Milltown Partners advising tech companies, corporate CEOs, and investors, with over a decade of experience in political, non-profit, and corporate communications roles. He holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge, with additional studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and National Taiwan Normal University.

Lucia Haťapková is part of Dawn Capital's Legal team, supporting the firm's legal and compliance work. Before joining Dawn, she worked at international law firm Zeidler Group, specializing in asset management, including a secondment in Melbourne, Australia, and previously held roles across various public and private organizations. She holds an LL.B. from The Hague University in the Netherlands and an MA Law from the University of Law in London.

Łukasz Wielogórski is a Senior Data Engineer at Dawn Capital, where he develops the data platform behind the firm's Rolodex tool and builds infrastructure that turns relationship networks into signals for the investment team. He previously spent five years at Dealroom.co leading a team of data and AI engineers, and earlier worked in consulting at Accenture.

Roméo Walter is a Vice-President at Dawn Capital, where he covers early-stage startups across Europe with a focus on the French, DACH, and UK markets. He began his career in Montreal as founder of Docplus, a booking management system for dentists and doctors, later launched Jumia's food delivery arm (Jumia Food) in Abidjan, and worked at Kerala Ventures in Paris. He studied at McGill University.

Sam Jervier runs events and community-building at Dawn Capital, drawing on nearly a decade of experience in community roles. He previously worked as Community and Operations Manager at SHACK15 in Silicon Valley and as Head of Community and Events at the career networking startup TechTree. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology Management for Business from Oxford Brookes University in the UK.

Seyon Indran builds AI and no-code tools and prototypes custom founder-assessment platforms, and leads a Founder Research function partnering with academics and elite talent organizations to find exceptional pre-seed founders.

Ties Boukema is Head of Data, Tech & AI at Dawn Capital, where he built Rolodex, an AI relationship intelligence platform, and Brainstem, a portfolio analytics engine. He previously led revenue analytics for Google's Enterprise Ads business across EMEA and contributed to Google Health projects, including AI-based diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy. He studied law and statistics in the Netherlands and completed a master's at the LSE, and co-founded Cognitas.tech, which teaches data science.

Daniela focuses on fintech and future of work investments across the UK, DACH and Iberian markets, and is involved with Dawn's investments in Onum, FlowX.ai, BRYTER, Quantilope and Copper. She previously worked at SME-lending fintech Capital on Tap and at McKinsey advising retail banking clients, and holds an Economics degree from Princeton University.
