Boris Bakech co-founded with Pascal Cagni after working together at Apple; he's an operator-led, product-focused investor who backed hardware like Nest and shares late-stage/buyout insights on podcasts and Medium.

Eric Boustouller is a Partner at C4 Ventures, where he focuses on the future of work with an emphasis on AI. He has invested in VC funds and startups for over a decade, both directly and through the Seed4Soft business angel club that he joined at its 2011 inception. Earlier in his career he spent time in the tech industry at Compaq and Microsoft, where he served as President of Microsoft France and later President of Western Europe, and was CEO of the listed French company Solocal from 2017 to 2020. He graduated from Sciences Po in 1986.

Mathieu Bourdié is Partner, CFO and Head of Investor Relations at C4 Ventures, with over 20 years of experience in the private asset industry across France and abroad. He previously served as COO of ODDO BHF Private Equity (2012-2022), and held roles including Global Head of Portfolio Management at Altamar CAM Partners and CFO at Mercapital in Madrid, as well as financial and board observer work at VPSA (formerly Viventures Partners). He holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a MiM in Technology & Innovation from Paris Dauphine University, and began his career at Arthur Andersen (later Ernst & Young Paris).

Michel Sassano is a Partner and Tech Lead at C4 Ventures, where he handles technology assessment on the investment team and oversees the firm's sourcing platform and internal IT stack. He previously worked as an Associate at Kima Ventures, where he built proprietary investing tools, and completed the Orange Graduate Program as an IaaS Architect after earlier roles publishing iPhone apps and working as an associate product manager at Berlin social gaming company Wooga. He graduated from IMT Atlantique in Brest.

Valère Rames is a Partner at C4 Ventures, where he focuses on B2B software, infrastructure platforms and AI-native companies, with over a decade of early-stage venture experience. He was previously a Partner at Hi inov–Dentressangle, and started his VC career at Seventure Partners covering France and Germany after earlier technical and product roles in high-frequency trading and defense. He holds an engineering degree from ESIEE Paris and a Master in Finance from ESSEC Business School.

Olivier Le Goff is a Principal on the investment team, where he handles legal and tax affairs. He previously worked as a lawyer at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, a French business law firm, with a focus on international tax law, tax audits, and litigation. He holds a Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat, a Master's in Corporate Taxation from Paris Dauphine University, and a Master's in Corporate Finance from Audencia Business School.

Alexandre Errera serves as Deputy General Manager at Lelièvre Paris and Investment Manager at C4 Industries, where he oversees private equity investments across heritage companies including Arc, Faïencerie de Gien, Maison Lelièvre, and Duvivier Canapés. His investment approach focuses on leveraging immaterial assets, optimizing manufacturing processes, and developing multi-channel go-to-market strategies. He previously founded a healthcare startup and contributed to C4 Ventures' deployment of a €90 million fund, leading investments across Europe, the US, and Israel.

Enzo Bermond is a Senior Product Manager at Cleeng responsible for merchant product strategy. He previously worked as an Associate at C4 Ventures focusing on SaaS, machine learning, and deeptech investments, and held roles at early-stage investment funds including Seed4Soft and Mandalore Partners, where he conducted sourcing and due diligence activities. He has additional experience in product development and operations at companies including Kyriba, Botify, and Diduenjoy, and holds degrees from Imperial College London and HEC Paris.

Jean Weill is an Associate at C4 Ventures, where he evaluates investment opportunities and supports portfolio companies after starting as an Analyst. He holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Northwestern University, with published research on neutrino physics, and an MBA from HEC Paris specializing in finance, where he led the Venture Capital branch of the MBA Finance Club.

Leda Interlandi is a financial and administrative manager at C4 Ventures, based in Paris, where she handles accounting, the holding companies' financial matters, and administrative tasks including insurance and taxes. Before C4, she spent 22 years as an accountant at Eca Nexia Paris, gaining experience across financial, legal, and administrative areas. She studied Literature and Philosophy at the University of Rome and completed professional training in accounting.

Lidia Sutormina is Chief Communications Officer at C4 Industries, where she oversees communication, PR, marketing strategy, social media, and press relations for the C4 platform. She previously founded a PR and events consulting company and worked as Press Officer at Hermès International in Paris and as Events Director at the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She holds degrees from ENA, Paris Panthéon-Assas University, and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
