Amy De Salvatore has more than twenty-five years of experience in business development and strategic alliances at IT and cybersecurity companies including Documentum, EMC, McAfee, Intel Security, and Forescout Technologies, where she built and managed alliances with technology partners, system integrators, service providers, resellers, and OEMs. She focuses on designing and executing go-to-market strategies and building partner ecosystems. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in Media Communications and a business minor.

Dorin Baniel has about a decade of investing experience and joined NightDragon after serving as Vice President at Glilot Capital Partners, where she built and managed the firm's advisory board of over 150 C-level executives and led portfolio development for 20+ enterprise software companies. She previously worked at Microsoft, supporting Microsoft Accelerator portfolio founders, and at Conversant. She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, Business and Informatics from the University of Illinois and a Global MBA from Reichman University.

Hannah Huffman is a Vice President on the investment team at NightDragon, where she has worked for five years supporting the full investment lifecycle across cybersecurity, defense, and national security. Before joining the firm, she was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.

Ken Gonzalez has more than 20 years of experience as a senior operating executive, having led strategy and corporate business development at Siebel Systems (Oracle), McAfee, Avast, and FireEye, and has completed over 40 acquisitions, 23 of them in cybersecurity. Before joining NightDragon, he was a Managing Director at ForgePoint Capital. He holds a degree from Harvard Business School and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer.

Morgan Kyauk focuses on M&A transactions across companies ranging from pre-IPO firms to large acquirers. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development at FireEye, where he handled acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships, and held corporate development roles at Dropbox, Juniper Networks, and HP. He started his career advising technology companies on M&A at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and holds an MBA from Wharton and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from UC Berkeley.

Michael Rogers is a former director of the National Security Agency (NSA), former chief of the Central Security Service, and former commander of U.S. Cyber Command, serving in those roles from April 2014 until his retirement in June 2018 after 37 years of service. During his tenure he oversaw the NSA and Cyber Command responses to the Snowden leaks and Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, and he directed the NSA's largest reorganization in two decades. He also led the creation of the nation's cyber mission force, contributing to the elevation of Cyber Command to a senior command level within the DOD.

Chris Deverell is the former Commander of the UK's Joint Forces Command, which oversaw areas including Special Forces, Defence Intelligence, Cyber, ISR, space communications, and UK overseas operations. He previously held British Army leadership roles such as Director of Equipment Capability for Ground Manoeuvre, Strategy Director, and Chief of Materiel (Land). He was appointed Knight Commander of the Order of Bath in 2015 and Aide de Camp General to the Queen in 2016, and focuses on the intersection of cyber and physical threats.

Thomas Pompidou is a Venture Partner at NightDragon and a member of its Investment Committee. He is also Partner and Founder of Marker LLC, a New York City venture firm investing in the US and Israeli technology ecosystems. Earlier, from 1992 to 2005, he held roles including Managing Director in the New York investment banking departments of Deloitte, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Lazard, focused on M&A and corporate finance, and he holds a business degree from EDHEC business school in France.

Audrey Laginess is an Associate at NightDragon, where she supports business development, partnership, and advisory work. She joined in 2024 from World Wide Technology, where she worked on the Business Systems team supporting sales representatives and improving CRM tools, and previously held sales and client management roles at CSGi. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language from Southern Methodist University.

Barbara Massa is an Advisor at NightDragon, where she supports the firm's operations, investments, and portfolio companies on talent and operational strategies. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief of Business Operations at Mandiant (acquired by Google) and Vice President of Global Talent and Diversity at McAfee, and held executive roles at EMC and Documentum. She has over 25 years of experience and sits on multiple boards of directors.

Courtney Dombek has nearly two decades of experience in institutional client services and capital raising on Wall Street. She was previously Partner and Head of Capital Formation at Factorial Funds, where she launched the firm's second fund, and earlier served as an Executive Director at a placement agent raising assets for private equity, growth, venture, real estate, and infrastructure funds, as well as leading fundraising and investor relations at a dual-strategy investment management firm. She holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from UC Davis and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Katherine Hennessey is an Advisor at NightDragon, where she helps position the firm's portfolio companies for the public sector. She previously led Government Affairs for the cybersecurity companies CrowdStrike and Forescout Technologies, ran her own government relations consulting firm, taught at Georgetown University's Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, and served as a Subcommittee Staff Director on the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations. She is a Senior Fellow at the McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security at Auburn University.

Sarah Kuranda Vallone works in communications and marketing after nearly a decade in journalism. She previously led executive and internal communications at Forescout Technologies, and spent more than seven years as a journalist for publications including The Information and CRN, focusing on cybersecurity, privacy and technology. She holds a B.S. in journalism from Boston University.

Therese Coutermarsh is Director of Operations at NightDragon, with over a decade of administrative experience in the cybersecurity industry. Before joining the firm, she was an early employee at FireEye, where she supported the founder and later CEO/Executive Chairman through the company's public offering and growth to more than 4,000 employees. She holds a degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's College.

Tony Chow joined NightDragon in 2021 as Head of Finance, bringing over 20 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds. He previously served as Controller at Nimble Ventures, a family office affiliated with Passport Capital, and held finance and accounting roles at J.P. Morgan's Private Equity division, Secured Environment, HRJ Capital, Rothstein Kass, and State Street. He earned his degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
