Investment thesis
Viessmann Generations Group deploys long-term, cross-generational capital across several thematic fields aimed at sustainability and the green energy transition. It acquires majority stakes in regional market leaders (grid infrastructure, district heating and cooling, clean and cold solutions), takes minority stakes in adjacent purpose-driven sectors, and backs bold early-stage deep-tech ideas in areas like automation, battery storage, data centers, cybersecurity, CO2 management, and new materials that link to its portfolio. It also holds generational real assets in real estate, forestry, and regenerative agriculture, and pursues philanthropy through the Viessmann Foundation.
