Anand Pandya is the Chief Financial Officer at Commodore Capital. He previously served as Controller at Governors Lane and at Riva Ridge Capital Management LP, and worked as a Senior Audit Associate at Rothstein, Kass & Company. He is a licensed CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University.

Arielle Boucher serves as Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Commodore Capital. Before joining the firm, she held roles at Right Hand Gold (CMT Digital), the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, Foster + Partners, and Grinnell College. She holds a BA in Music and German Studies from Smith College and later studied acting and musical theater at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Theater Institute.

Erika Chilvers is an Operations Associate at Commodore Capital. Before joining the firm, she spent nine years as a Senior Accountant on the finance and accounting team at a single family office. She holds a BS in Accounting from Monmouth University.

Lindsey Zyzyck is an Executive Assistant at Commodore Capital. She previously served as an Executive Assistant at Credit Suisse within its Litigation and Investigations Group. She holds a BFA in fashion design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and an MA in Fashion and Film from the London College of Fashion, and has worked in the fashion industry.

Milesh Patel is a Senior Analyst at Commodore Capital. Before joining the firm, he practiced Internal Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia University Irving Medical Center, consulted for a large pharmaceutical company on its technology acquisition strategy, and conducted research at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT with publications in journals including Nature Methods. He holds an MD from New York University School of Medicine and a BA in Biochemistry from Columbia University.

Sean McSherry is the Head Trader at Commodore Capital. Before joining the firm, he worked for 12 years on the trading desk at HealthCor Management, a healthcare-focused investment firm. He holds a BS in Management with a Finance concentration from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
