Anton has served as a non-executive director of Richemont since 2017 and is a partner of Compagnie Financière Rupert. He advises the Asia Partners Fund LP I and brings insight into tech start-ups and digital commerce.

Carel became an alternate executive director in April 2024 and leads Remgro's investment activities on the Management Board. He serves on the Valuation Committee and is an alternate member of the Investment Committee.

Gideon is founder and managing partner of Southern Right Capital and a CFA charterholder with prior roles at Edmond de Rothschild Capital Holdings and Silver Creek Capital. He sits on Remgro's Audit and Risk and Investment Committees and chairs the Valuation Committee.

A Chartered Accountant known as Dillie, he joined the Rembrandt Group in 1990 and sits on the boards of Richemont, Pension Insurance Corporation Group and Reinet Investments Manager. He is a member of Remgro's Investment Committee.

Jan is Head of New Investments and Venture Capital at Remgro and chairman of Invenfin, Remgro's venture capital division. He oversees the group's investments in Southeast Asia and China across sectors including healthcare, biotech, consumer and internet.

Christine is a Chartered Accountant and former CFO of AngloGold Ashanti and Sasol, and currently a non-executive director of Vodafone, Discovery and Clicks Group. She was appointed to the Remgro board in November 2025.

Lelo is the founder of Ata Capital and a former Head of Debt Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank Johannesburg. He is a member of Remgro's Audit and Risk, Investment, and Social and Ethics Committees.

Luché Joubert serves as Head of Legal Services and Group Company Secretary at Remgro Limited, a listed company in Southern Africa. With over 25 years of experience in corporate commercial law, Joubert focuses on leadership and the development of legal teams. Joubert is also a commercial mediator qualified in South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Lwanda is Remgro's Investor Relations and Investments Executive, appointed in 2020, with responsibility for the Consumer Goods cluster. She is a Chartered Accountant with an investment banking background at Rand Merchant Bank.

Mariza became an executive director of Remgro in 2016 and is responsible for compliance, operations and the corporate and social investment portfolio. She is a member of the Social and Ethics Committee.

Murphy has a long career across activism, the public sector and business, including as CEO of Kagiso Media. He is Chairman of Wispeco Holdings and chairs Remgro's Social and Ethics Committee.

Serves as personal assistant to the CEO within the Office of the CEO.

Neville has been Remgro's CFO since April 2016 and previously served as Head of Corporate Finance and CFO of VenFin. He is a member of the Investment Committee and sits on several investee boards.

Jabu is a former Deputy Minister of Finance of South Africa and non-executive Chairman of PPC Limited, with postgraduate qualifications from the University of London and Harvard Business School. He serves on Remgro's Remuneration and Nomination and Social and Ethics Committees.

Paul previously served as an Investment Executive in the corporate finance division of Remgro Management Services and holds a BComm (Hons) in Financial and Investment Management from Stellenbosch University. He is an alternate member to the Chairman on the Investment Committee.

Pieter is a Chartered Accountant who joined Remgro in 2001 and is an Investment Executive focused on the Consumer Goods cluster, chairing Rainbow Chicken. He is a member of Remgro's Management Board.

Stuart became Head of Corporate Finance in early 2025 after 12 years as CEO of Invenfin, Remgro's venture and growth capital arm. He has held senior financial and commercial roles across local and international companies and supported the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Sonja has 28 years of M&A and private equity experience and co-founded Identity Partners, a woman-led investment firm. She chairs Remgro's Audit and Risk Committee and has served on numerous South African corporate boards.
